Andrea is a complex character. She acted Cruel Snobbish and Tyrannical in The First Episode Making Her Somewhat of an Antagonist. Then in later episodes she Acts Friendly though Self Absorbed And Spoiled Towards Molly and Libby

I like that out of the usual archetypes she is still a relatively normal kid, popular, famous and active on social media but still willing to socialize with everyone else and possibly only being relatively richer, like not having a mansion or highly respected family or something that grand.
Also outside of her grudge about the name thing she doesn't target or antagonize Molly as much as other examples in cartoons.

They’re so freaking expressive and over the top with their faces that, mixed with the super nice art-style, the appeal is basically cramped up to beyond the max.

I haven't watched much of this show, but from what I can tell from this video, it seems the reason she's really likeable despite being the "mean girl" is because she has a personality beyond that.

XD This, Pacifica from Gravity Falls, Sasha from Amphibia, and Amity from The Owl House... whether they love to hate, or genuinely lovable, or BECOME lovable, their all so hilarious and/or badass in their own way that it's hard to hate them for real as if they should be written off. :p Not sure how much I've liked the same character archetype from anyone else, but they make it good. XD (It's also hilarious how easy it is for Scratch to imitate her. :p).

Some shippers seem to ship Andrea with Molly. I don’t ship them but I would support it if it becomes cannon. I’m just hoping she’ll go from jerk to friend or at the very least jerk friend. Exemplified by Gravity fall’s Pacifica Northwest, Netflix She-ra’s Catra, Amphibia’s Sasha Waybright, and The Owl Houses Amity Blight.
