Mine just arrived a week ago just got it going other day. Works pretty good. Wish it had more inputs but it def makes ATS more fun to control. It wasn't available on Amazon when I bought it It took about 10 days know ali express. Good value
It seems to only work with the PC games, I don't know if it works with all PC games or just the ones they have listed on their website, The key mapping is a little bit strange, I would suggest downloading the manual as it's a little bit hard to explain the mapping for this thing,, it's quite a bit different than mapping a regular game controller or a keyboard or something so you kind of got to follow the big long list of i instructions but I would say download the manual or just Google search key mapping for this and you should be able to figure out how to do it it's kind of a strange process
I really wish I knew what to tell you I don't know if maybe you're buttons not working on your control box or if maybe the game you're playing just doesn't recognize it I'm not really sure but you might want to contact the company and ask them and let them know which game you're trying to play and see what they have to say, I'm definitely not an expert on this particular units and it seems to be a little difficult to set up so I would probably shoot them an email and explain to them what's going on and with which game and they might know a little better than me

The only down fall to this is the pre-labeled wording on the box itself "handle, cruise, flash, audio" etc. there are no stickers or anything to change what you want to program. Yes this can be used for iRacing lets say but the wording on the box was designed for Farm Simulation. The least they could have done was give you stickers to cover up the wording so you know what you programed that button for.
This isn't really something I would use personally, all I need to set up pedals and a steering wheel and I'm happy but it does say it's compatible with some games, I think their website had a list of which games that's compatible with so I'm guessing you might need to have one of those specific games or maybe it will work on some others I'm not 100% sure but I had no idea they were going to send me this you just kind of showed up one day and I'm like well I guess I'll just do a video showing the product as I don't think it was compatible with my older racing games I mean most of the racing games I have are old school, I got an autoimmune disease and my muscle spasm up when I sit down so I can't stay in the chair very long unfortunately so I don't do a whole lot of racing with a wheel anymore anyways I'm rambling but I think their website does have a list of compatible games with this thing

how does button mapping work? can you map key combinations? and most importantly.. can you use it for xbox and acc game?

The button box on ACC is fine apart from the ignition switch doesn't recognise it at all.
