Summer Mayhem Assault Stage 3 Entropia Universe

I've been trying to work out what we're supposed to do here, but here is Stage 3 of the new style Summer Mayhem Assault instance. I've got it now: once you get through the various areas with Mulmuns, trying to find crystals to shoot to lower force field barriers, you get to the stage Boss. You have to shoot the crystals to lower the Boss defence field while fending off other Mulmuns. The crystals around the outer edge provide buffs. I don't think I'll be able to get very high up in the Stages... good luck!

I noticed that the guns use ammo even when the boss is protected and we cannot do damage to it.

Good point! I must have wasted a fair bit of ammo shooting at those.
