有几个小技巧- Some tips:
1)紫薯里有花青素，遇碱变蓝，所以大家做的时候一定不能加碱面,按照视频中只要加酵母就好；-purple sweet potato has anthocyanin, will change to blue when you add dietary alkali，so make sure only add yeast as in the video;
2）视频中用的‘梳子’是模具，很干净的，大家如果没有的话可以用叉子，一样的效果；
The video used a special “comb”，it’s super clean, and if you don’t have it, please use with fork to make the shape;
3）白面团也可以换成南瓜蒸熟压成泥，做成紫薯+南瓜双色超营养画卷；
you could also steamed pumpkin and mash them to make purple+yellow nutritious bread;
4）做起来吧，惊艳一下你的家人哈哈.
