About poison counter by healing
They can make that some % of healing turns into regeneration, but to make it less op it can be weak to burn
I think any proper solution to poison is going to need to start by asking "What is burn's advantage?" Because, right now, it's a dot like poison, but unlike poison its stacks fall off and, not only does it go against shields, but it gets halved by shields. Poison getting reduced by healing would help to balance one of those interactions (and provide counter play for poison), but it still looks a lot better than burn.
I feel like Forklift wants to be a core, but doesn't have the tag for it, and I wonder if that would make it more worth while.
... Some day I want to see a Shining boulder build with a lot of haste and such :P
I always felt that healing should remove a proportional amount of poison. So it is not about individual instances of healing but total healing as well. It probably shouldn't be 1:1 or poison would become useless quickly but even 10:1 would make a huge difference.
Alternatively I wonder if it should be tied to overhealing. You can't really over-shield or over-damage, so every single point counts for something. With healing though, unless you have weights, any surplus amount is wasted. If that surplus was used for something than large amounts of heal would have a purpose.

They could just make regeneration deal with poison, each point of regen that you get removes X (prob 2-3, but not sure on the balance there) poison and the regen stack. This way you can reduce the poison stacks instead of counter healing their dmg. Ofc there would be some balance needed in the hp regen meta. Maybe make another type of regen, that only heals for 1 tick or removes poison and you can get it the same way as burn/poison ? That might work, but not an expert on proper balancing.
What if poison was handled like Slice & Dice does it?
Pretty much just negative regen. As you gain regen, you lose poison and vice versa
because they both tick once per second, it basically already does this. unfortunately, it's much harder to gain 100 regen than to apply 100 poison

Still don't know why you like boost Crit chance to Tesla Coil while it is very useless and you should never keep it until the game end
