The way of the Salmon 😁 after way of the water 🌊
Skin side down or up? Recently I found a RUclips chef that went for the skin down first. I'm certain the skin will be very very crispy.
He used his hands to press the fillet down on the pan. Maybe using the spatula to press down might be a better idea. I feel if you press firm (not too hard) the skin won't snap off the the meat muscles will not curl off. Later cook the sides to burnt even though I prefer mine just top and bottom. Leaving the salmon medium well.
Next oven bake or pan sear? Although oven baked / roasting Oven roasting always does the trick for an effortless cooking meal. While searing resist the urge to fiddle with the fillets as they cook. Letting the fish sear untouched in hot oil creates that lovely, flavorful, golden crust that makes this dish restaurant-worthy.
I have a funny way of oven baked. I will use the flavourful omega 3 fish oil and use as dip or even salad replacing olive 😆

3:20, And 2pm because the peak high temperature is 32 degrees Celsius when it's sunny or partly cloudy skies, before it becomes cloudy or going to rain.

I've been lived alone almost 8 years. It's like in home alone movie in very much smaller house. What a messy part of my life but i felt lucky, i was surrounded by friendly and helpful neighbour.

Hi, I just want you to know that I appreciate the simplicity of the life you built for yourself. Not many people your age could do that. You look peaceful and happy and that's good. I know that with a woman of your intelligence, you know that the kind of peace the world gives only last for a while. Pretty soon you'll need the aid of something like alcohol or other things to keep the same level of happiness your body craves, mild and light wine for a start but eventually a little stronger. Not you of course, you are a very disciplined person. Unfortunately, humans can only handle so much and each of us at one point reach our limit. My hope is that it won't happen to you but that's just me. Blaise Pascal, a French mathematician once said -- there is a God-shaped vacuum in the heart of every person, and it can never be filled by any created thing. If you want your happiness to turn into joy (I'm sure you know the difference), you'll need a higher power. I don't want to sound religious but this one helped when I reached my breaking point -- ‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ the scriptures says in the book of Matthew 4:4. I live in Las Vegas, Nevada but I always tune in to Joseph Prince, pastor of New Creation Church in Singapore. I hope you could try it one day. Thanks,

KK I’m usually in bed between 11:00 and 12:00 . When I was running my print shops I would leave by 6:00 am and home late sometimes after 10 pm . Glad I’m retired !

Just do whatever you like same does anybody's else. Sometimes we need our own space & sometimes we need to socialize but in between we need spiritual healing according to ones belief in order to have a peace of mind.

I saw Gateway, Plaza Hotel, etc in the video, so most likely you are staying around the North Bridge Garden (My wild guess, I am not a stalker, don't worry).
I used to do regular IT work there before the Pandemic but now I have to work from home.
Your carefree lifestyle is admirable and not many have such luxury life here, count yourself blessed.

I'm the opposite. I feel my sharpest and can concentrate best in the morning. After lunch, it's a struggle. And I eat a light dinner too 😄
These days I need about 7 hours sleep to feel sharp in the morning though. Also started back my routine of getting up ~5AM for a run 😋

Change to other apartment,,deck bed don’t do any good since u knock on the ceiling daily, and in case u got one night stand, both also knock on the ceiling..

I am thankful that I am short every Sunday I wake up in time for church I do not use a alarm I just wake up really early everyday on time for church I have to have my orange juice in the morning sometimes yeah I will get coffee I also don't put any sugar in my tea 🍵 I also like to look at the sky at night time we don't get that many stars here in California I always like to wake up to a beautiful rain in the morning

@@TheKrazyKoala hola amiga ☺️ I work at a hotel in housekeeping there I fold the sheets and the towels and take anything the gas at the hotel asked for so if you stay at this hotel and you need extra towels or more toilet paper or paper towels or salt or anything and you need I'll take it to you the hotel is like a apartment it has a regular size fridge and you could cook in your room you have everything that you need to cook in your own room 🙂

SG ceiling very low...ha ha ha.....For me, I don't sleep on bed and have slept on mattress placed on floor. While in China, during Winter, I pitched a tent in the room and slept inside since the tent conserve the heat....I am addicted to ice-cream especially back in SG and the weather is so hot....which is something I need to work on soon....LOL

@@TheKrazyKoala Ha ha ha....Actually, in my 13 yr in China, I moved house 10 times cause the landlord will want to increase the price and I don't waste time negotiating with them or also I prefer to stay near where I worked to cut down on travelling time. Thus having lots of things make moving difficult.....anyway, bed is just an elevated mattress.....Yours is SUPER ELEVATED.....LOL

Cleaning bits, swimming, salmon+salad, desserts, snacks bits, and whiskey are also my weekend drill sometimes. Lol Lately, i listen to a lot of piano covers coz its so relaxing. Single bliss is happiness too. :)

I got tricked in liking western style eating in USA, NZ and Australia. Lol Gained big but ehem lost it also when I returned back to Asia. Reduced slowly eating ehem foods till i only eat it once a week or a month. Lol
Blaming it on the western food serving size at first till I ate like a western too. From 38kg regular to 45kg in SG to 58kg in the west then down to 40kg new regular. Lol . I'm above 40s and its nice to be always mistaken with my age for 20+ years younger. Lol Eat comfortably and live with healthier habits. Stay safe.

38 kg for5 years in early 20s to early 30s
45 kg for 5 years so in SG
58 kg for 5 years so in USA, NZ, and Australia (always asked if I am pregnant at all airports during my business trips, lol)
40 kg so for 5 years till now.. coz of yoga + watching intake lol
While I was living in asia, comfy foods like pasta, pizza, burger, fries, donuts, cake, starbucks, soda, ehem drinks are taken like more than once every week for each. lol
But in western countries, its always 1+1 promo(BIG EYES, lol) and comes with BIG serving from an asian perspective. LOL So, what has become is inevitable daily for all of those yummies. lol
Till I took each all daily. sshh lol Yum yum for Stóma(mouth greek word) and huhu for Stomáchi(stomach, greek word) . lol
For 5 years now, I only take each once a week, once or in 2 weeks or once a month. Cravings became slim. It was like a good break up from an ex-bf. lol

Nice Video Koala I like to clean a lot to and swim but I don't swim that much even though it's really hot here in the Philippines but my aunt has another house near mine and she has a huge swimming pool that I have yet to swim in I like to eat snacks to maybe to much at times very nice view from your balcony and yes nights can be so peaceful it's like my most favorite time or feeling of the day

I’ve been trying to move to Singapore since I was there in 2018, but it’s been hard for me to get a work visa there because of covid! I’m hoping that will change soon! Singaporean are the most tired people in the world. It was reported by media just 3 days ago. Singaporean' s brain are still working while they sleep. Singaporean are working 72 hrs per day has resulted in the most tired people in the world. Singaporean are strongly material focus oriented. So if you come to Singapore you will see it directly. Not more the 3 days after that go back to your home town.
