This meeting was quite well and neatly organized, unlike that surprisingly of Tata's... All the resolutions were passed in haste and only 6-10% of Members present voted by show of hands.

Sir I have 1 question relating to quorum: As minimum 30 members required to convey this AGM, If few of the members not presented throughout meeting (i.e. in between of AGM they left) then the AGM will be valid or not? Companies act 2013 is silent on this, but as per SS-2 members of the AGM should be present throughout the meeting.
