Paul's been one of the most compelling and interesting actors since the mid-90's. I'm happy Billions is over so he can do more film work and diverse roles now.
Exactly, but he literally carried the show in Billions! I will miss him as Chuck so much!
I'm Danish and saw the film yesterday. Hearing Paul Giamatti talk about hygge and being Danish went straight to my heart like the movie. Thanks to everyone for a truly wonderful film.
Paul Giamatti is hands-down my favourite working actor. He's a sign of a great film!
He’s sooo underrated & so amazing. He should have more awards. And his voice just compelling.
Watching The Holdovers, I think the lockdown feeling resonates with the collective consciousness right now for obvious reasons. But we've been free of lockdown long enough now to see this and enjoy the fact that it's not us locked in the school! As well as enjoy every other layer to it. Perfect film.
The most beloved interviewer!
A SAG member friend took me to this event as his guest...Wonderful time...
I and Paul were extras in BEFORE AND AFTER in 1995. We never met, but so great to see his wonderful career going strong.
Best interview ever!!
Guys he is such an underrated comedian
The Holdovers is as good as it gets! Loved it! Alexander Payne is Back!
OhmyGod what a lovely lovely man. Not affected at all by the fame which comes with the job. I could look and listen to him all day long. A bit of a crush here now!
Paul and Jeanelle. This is perfection!
Ditto!
I could listen to Paul Giamatti talking all day long... what a voice!
His films with Alexander Payne are amazing. What an icon.
Great conversation. Well worth returning to.
Very enjoyable to watch... thank you...
SO COOL. I SAW PAUL G IN WASHIONGTON SQ. PK, NYC WHERE I WAS JAMMING & SAW PAUL, SAID LOUDLY, 'YOU'RE A GREAT ACTOR! I LOVE YOUR WORK!' (AFTER I SAW "SIDEWAYS") & PAUL GIAMATTI WAS GRACIOUS & COOL
I STILL think of big far liar whenever I see him, I love that he mentioned it.
Love this actor.
I pray he wins his Oscar 🥺🥺
Loved spending this hour w you two. PS. Your pink jumpsuit is beautiful!!!!
The Most Wanted bit was hilarious!
I’d take Giamatti over almost any other actor , anytime.
John Adams will always be Giamatti's best role but he's really got so many great roles.
His father was the commissioner of Major League Baseball also. Wow very cool
The movie was great and Paul Giamati was excellent and deserves an Oscar as do the two other main characters.
Oscar for Paul giamatti 2024! He has incredible support from SAG, hope it’s strong enough to get him the gong. One of the most beloved actors of his generation
Janelle has lost so much weight! She looks incredible! ❤
Always great to see Paul. I'd like to see him play a 'no excuses', 'no funny quirks' bad guy at some point. (He played a quirky one in Shoot Em Up).
Someone please put this man in a detective role!!
If I ever saw Paul Giamatti, I would yell at him: "I am NOT drinking any merlot!!" I'll bet he's never heard that.
Haha, great line. I would say: "Let me get this goddamn hitchhiker out of my boot..."
Why do I feel he didn’t really enjoyed Billions? He literally carried the show and I LOVED his role.
Janelle and Paul. Win win!❤
Paul Giamatti never being on Law and Order and Michael Shannon not being asked on SNL two of lives greatest mysteries.
He’s so right. They should not make a sequel to Sideways. Leave it be.
My mind forever has Paul as Marty Wolf dancing half naked towards the pool listening to hungry like the wolf in Big Fat Liar
So funny they crack me up
TRES Cool/Heavy! Oscar Time!
He's my favorite Santa Claus and he was also incredible in Planet of the Apes!
It's the Verizon guy!
Straight out of Compton, saving Mrn. Banks...😊
30 COINS SEASON 2 WAS INSANELY GREAT
This is exactly where I have been awared of this good actor in one of our best and funniest and always surprising quite crazy movies directors in Spain who is in this game since ages ago, Alex de la Iglesia.
Paul does an amazing work at The Holdovers.
Grabbing a glass of no frickin Merlot to watch this
He is so winning SAG this year
And the oscar

I play piano, and had a dream about J.S. Bach. Guess who it was!
"But you know the Stamp Act was repealed..........." Hahahaha
