This woman KNOWS her shit, did her research, and asked great open-ended questions that got Steve to reveal really cool and interesting stories and tidbits we may have not ever known otherwise with an interviewer who was just phoning it in. For example, mentioning Michael Scott loving improv and how he'd pull the gun out (an Office viewer/fan would know this), so that made it interesting since we learned that it was based on a real person. Excellent interview.
