  • Chuck Steak can be cooked like a big steak. Cooked properly and portion sliced against the grain, it's a perfectly delicious steak. Does it eat like filet? Obviously not, but with prices these days this is a way more affordable way to make a juicy steak for a crowd. Mangia!
    2 1/2lb chuck steak
    2T black peppercorns
    6-8 garlic cloves
    2 rosemary sprigs
    1 1/2t coarse salt
    1t porcini powder
    2t Worcestershire sauce

      @@ElijahPerry-bp5cw never moved it once. The dry heat through the natural convection of the kettle did all the work

    Cook it longer. Not done on the inside. You could of cut that thing in half and had two nicely cooked steaks instead of one half cooked one that's about a foot thick.

      He temped it off the grill at 125. That's a rare steak. Nothing wrong with that.

      If you like your steak cooked more than that.. dont buy steak.. save it for the people that actually enjoy a steak the way it was meant to be eaten.. maybe go get some chicken or something..
