During my visit, I observed significant development in the area, including the construction of multiple high-rise buildings. The New Blue Area is rapidly evolving into a prominent commercial and residential hub. The high-rise buildings, which are a mix of office spaces, apartments, and retail outlets, reflect a modern architectural style and are designed to accommodate the growing demand for urban infrastructure.
