- LIEUTENANT STITCHIE - Lieutenant Stitchie was a top tear Dancehall artiste with 14 number 1's when he walked away from it all in 1997 in the name of Jesus. Fast forward now to 2015 and the former school teacher turned Dancehaller is ordained as a minister of religion, conferred with an honorary doctorate and is still as agile and lyrically potent as ever.

Very intelligent person. Was one of my favourite dancehall performers back in the ninety's. I wish him all the best and will continue to support his music.

I was there backstage at that Sumfest Show that night. Im American, but I was with a Canadian (his name was Tim) who gave Stitchie a little bible. It was right after he was in an automibile accident, and still had a bandage over his eye. True story.
