I'm pleasantly surprised how well the 1650 is running it. I know 30fps is definitely not the best way to play but considering I played on a PS4 at 30fps most games I'm pretty happy with that.
I suggest staying with dx11 on 1650, I tried dx12 with fsr3 and FG, but it impacts the performance heavily (even on FSR 1.0 on DX12) and causes graphical problems. For example; the map is harder to see, ghosting everywhere etc. I think the developer intentionally made the game run on dx11 for these cards for a reason.

This game looks amazing even at low graphics. Much better than the high graphics settings of many other games. However, there is some blurring, shimmering and over sharpening with fsr which isn't noticeable much when your eyes adapt to the graphics.
Big apartment block runs worse than the intro in some parts its demanding for absolutely no reason and in that area game graphics dont pop as much as in the streets or in the forest.

There is some stutter here and there but overall playable. I remember playing resident evil 7 with an i5 5200u, gt 920m 2gb and 4 gb of ram. This is much better in comparison.

1650 was never a lion to begin with The card was considered mid range when it came out and not even a good one at that cuz you can get the rx570 for the same amount of money and that card performs better than the 1650 Nowadays the 1650 is considered a low end card which struggles in most titles Nowadays cuz again its an old mid range card and most games Nowadays are not optimized This game doesn't look anything special which is why its running fine on the 1650 I wouldn't call the game optimized tho

Apartment Complex will destroy the fps, i was getting 60 mostly in the down and forest but once you hit the blue apartment complex, it will fluctuate between 30 to 60 (depends where you are at in the building) On a 3060 12GB , Ryzen 5700X and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. Also running a mixed setting with shadows on low.
My laptop 2060 6vram can play at 900p 58-68 fps open spaces. Dlss balanced low spec. So perfectly playable n the graphics really good even at 4k 55” sony tv. 🎉
the upscaler implimentation is bad in this game, even if u use dlss or fsr or trs there is no improvement in the fps and it looks worse at the same time so i suggest people to play on native resolution
