Not *exactly* how it was before, but eventually things will get better. Because that's the nature of this world: always bouncing between good times and bad times. Only in paradise lies eternal happiness (no calamity, no sickness, no fatigue). Be patience with beautiful patience
@@yuniyustikasari3567 thank you for being hopeful and confident about the future like I am. So many people are at wits end and have no hope....I wish they would come out of the fog.
Thank you so much for these videos...the hubby and I were planning to return to London in August but alas, it is not meant to be, at least for now. I’m a “glass half full” kinda girl, so I truly believe with all my heart and soul that I will return to my beloved London soon. This nightmare will be over, and the planet can return to some semblance of normalcy. Most exciting of all, I will be walking these streets again myself. In the meantime, I have these wonderful videos to hold me over until then. Watched Walker...YOU ROCK!!!! Love from Philadelphia, Pa💜💜💜💜💜🇺🇸🇬🇧🇺🇸🇬🇧
Very happy to see your great channel. Ive done some of the walkings you did, they seems very nostalgic to me.... Im from São Paulo, Brazil and use to visit London A lot, when it was possible, great city. As a rock fan, I could sugest you a walk showing : Hammersmith Odeon, Earls Court, Wembley Arena, O2 Arenna, Brixton Academy. Thanks for the great memories of my trip to your great city. Your "narrated video" is even better than the unnarrated ones. Go on explainning the things you show....GREAT!!!
I don't know how many times I have walked this walk and still it looks new. Thanks. I m wondering when life will be back to normal, so I can visit the old country again. Stay safe.
All the buildings which are part of the Crown Estate have recently been cleaned and restored to as new condition. This was expensive as the hand carved stone is now almost 200 years old, but I think you'd agree it was worth it!
It is nice to watch this video I have wanted to go to London for years but I don't have the money or a passport so now I don't think I will ever get to go. Thanks for the videos.
Hello Watched Walker I was wondering what about you in this lockdown, but is good to see you all around the streets of the city so I hope this nightmare end and everyone of us start to enjoy our lives again, meanwhile take care, lots of love xx ❤️🍀🤗🤗🤗
My old stomping ground (60 years ago) dressing Menswear windows in Regent St., Oxford St.& Shaftsbury Ave. Like the subtitles too! Bit warmer down here in Oz. Cheers & thank you.
Oh wow! It’s good to watch people walking down the street rather than empty street. It’s depressing to go outside nowadays 😭 Hello from Jakarta 😍 I make video walking around the city too.
Wow life sure has changed since this pandemic, everyone's enjoying the architecture and street performers are everywhere, though i'd definitely keep my belongings very close to me 😄
Technology made this possible that while living in a village of India , i can watch live street life of London..... Thanks for making these videos.....
Those buildings reminded me of “then and now” photo sets showing what these places looked like from 1860s-1930s vs now. It’s fascinating to see people wearing clothes that would now be considered quaint costumes walking past the same facades a century or century and a half earlier.
The buildings are restored but they follow the same layout and design as the architect John Nash who built them after 1815. So the effect is Regency not Victorian, as they were built on the order of the Prince Regent.
Is this really just 24 FPS video ? if so then i must say you can hardly distinguish it from a normal 30 FPS One, I usually shoot 30 FPS and sometimes 60 FPS with my different cameras, despite 60 FPS being really really smooth its not always necessary and can be really tough to edit ! thanks for sharing this amazing video :)
Sam, yes there’s not a huge difference between 24 and 30 fps, though as you say 60 fps is much smoother. There’s always trade offs, and my computer thanks me for fewer files when filming in 24 fps.
And here's what those places looked like last week after companies started telling employees to work from home! (still pre-lockdown) ruclips.net/video/9M2051uIjIM/видео.html
@scathson Very little scope for sunny views at Street level as this is early March and the sun is still low in the sky at this latitude. London is 51 degrees north of the equator, which is further north than Ottowa in Canada. If you can't appreciate the work involved in producing these videos and also using common sense then don't watch.

Thank you so much.
Ah nice to see some people I Must say..

I think that ignoring signals is dangerous. Pedestrians should also follow the traffic rules.
Regent Street is the Fifth Avenue of London it seems.
Not really. New York simply doesn't have anything remotely like London.
ds 1868 As in Regent Street having a high concentration of high-end department and luxury stores, obviously not in terms of architecture or vibe.
U can use drone 🛩️n make videos inside ur home I think it will be interesting
Fly a drone inside my home? (I don’t have a drone btw)
Why London would be able to host the Olympic Games? from Tokyo.
Yea London is danger than Tokyo
Watching this video imagining everything is normal
Dont see much social distancing going on here even though London is a viral epicentre. Hope the local hospitals can cope.
