My guess and the way I see it is Afton is obviously not spring trap since five nights at Freddy’s 2 is going to be a sequel to the 1st. But afton should definitely appear for the role “save them” Og death mini from fnaf 2. He would kill more victims and leave them at the new Freddy Fazbear location. I think the main villain should be the marionette for the sequel. It would make so much more sense because of the first movies end credits. This is a huge opportunity for Scott to make the sequel better than the 1st.

I know I’m 4 days late but I feel like springtrap might Atleast have a cameo. The fnaf movie is based heavily on the main game with other bits of the franchise sprinkled into it. The spring lock scene is 100% based on the fnaf 3 mini game so most likely we won’t see springtrap in a 2nd movie or Atleast he won’t be that important but I can see flashbacks or more info on William being revealed in a 2nd film and if they make a 3rd film that’s when springtrap would make his full debut as the main villain,
