GoofyJigga Step 1: Do the 4 second wait when you’re about to spin the wheel. Step 2: Put the left stick up so your character is going to do a big spin. Step 3: Flick the left stick down.

Hey guys i have spent almost 5 hours doing this and found an easier way you enter a private lobby go to spin and once it says spin point your joystick all the way up and straight down worked first try

Xbox Method: go into story mode - go to setting and press online - go to Play GTA V Online - press a private server. Makes sure you turn on spawn location to last place. Then do the method and you are good
Hold up it saves your game before you go into story mode

Yeah so make sure you are close to the casino, do what I said, and then do the spin. If you fail, back out and go back to story mode

You could kick everyone only on Xbox out by doing settings/network settings/ test NAT type then it says ready for GTA online/ hold the home bottom then everyone leaves and you’re in a solo session. It’s really useful when you’re selling cargo so no one destroys it.

Worked for me after 15ish attempts. I used “one thousand, two one thousand, and a half” and spun the wheel at moderate pace. Not too fast but not slow. Straight to the left at 9, down to 6, and let go in one fluid motion.
50+ times and counting. It always spins fast and hard no matter how slow I move the stick.

for the people who have been doing this for multible hours with no success: i failed to get it for 4 hours; i was doing it without watching the video and trying to sync the timing with his at 1:23. as soon as i did it with the video in sync i got it first try. if you haven't been doing that i highly recommend trying it.

it's also important to know that you need a wheel that has not been used before for this to work, meaning that before you spin it the arrow has to be on top of the t-shirt symbol and the car 2 spaces to the left of it, otherwise this will never work which might be why so many are struggling in the comments to get it. if the wheel is not fresh just find a new session until you get one that is. got the car after my 6th try!

Worked for me first try. Literally just played the video on the phone and pressed A as soon as you did to start the wheel spin. I was on PC using a wired Xbox 360 controller.
The way I do it is I turn on my stop watch and as soon as it hits 4 seconds I spill it full speed and I win it, I won last weeks and this weeks 1st try
