@@CareerTalk Hi Sir,
I'm working in EXL company from Wipro side but not on payroll of Wipro, my payroll company is other from Wipro side, I'm about to complete 1 year so what is the process to switch at payroll of Wipro company from 3rd party
@@prashantpavar8303contract to hire?
Your subordinates are very lucky to have a boss like you and who thinks like leader rather than politician 😊
Managers shouldn’t form a personal relationship with their team members either. Getting too close personally will impair their judgement when decisions need to be made. It’s a difficult position to be in.
Your idea is bookish and just a western way of thinking and it's a failure model...
I’m planning to resign from good service MNC because of the terrible people manager who refused my leave plan.
Lack of appreciation and praise
Lack of upliftment
Lack of promotion
Lack of understanding employee's problem outside of the office
Lack of building a faithful relationship
These are the reason.
I never tell my managers what is the real reason I am leaving. You figure it out.. I don’t care anymore
Well said
Effective communication and empathy are required for both managers and employees to avoid resignations caused by unresolved issues and to build a happy work environment. You nailed it, bang on 👏
Thanks a lot :)
MNC managers don't do these practices. They just ask for reports and run meetings but nothing outside of work. I hope they watch this and start practicing things discussed in this videos
Am a people manager myself more than a Process manager, firm believer in having an informal meeting or connect atleast once in a week with team members right down the line. So it helps me to get a fair idea on what they are going through both professionally and personally to some extent. Its really important as a people manager to put yourself in their shoes and genuinely address their concerns if any.
End of the Day, I want to hang my boot as a Manager who is respected rather than liked
What a timing Anand, I have resigned this morning!
Me too
Managers are busy in cutting costs and micromanaging
200% true. I am currently in the same state waiting for system .
As people manager they have to do everything in the world but their manager may never connect with them to know their problems..or share new ways.. but they should not expect it as well from their manager.
Usually they won't know the real reason/s why people leave
That's True :)
Most managers don't care failing their staffs because they don't consider this as failure. Most of them care about their own actions

I think this is second video from you i watched. I learnt a lot. Thank you so much..gone to find another vid..:)
Sir please make a vedio on pros and cons of taking back the resignation after getting retained with good money.
Yes sir, please make a video
Wonderfully explained ❤
Great analysis Anand. Its bang on.
Thanks a lot :)
Very well vocalized
Atleast in my experience, desi IT companies i.e. service providers, have bosses.. not people managers. I want to work in india but this thing scares me.
Correctly said
It feels like a manager is vouching for its brotherhood 😂
:)
My manager is good.. but pay is less
Project managers if very busy in meeting budget, timeline constraints and ignoring early warnings people show... Land up loosing good people. However, people are matured enough and once they decide to leave they form strong perceptions and do not to rethink - jump. Sad situation for organization in long term.
Lit 🔥
My manager is having toxic behavior also he is not technically strong to understand the ground level efforts and he constantlly pressure people without knowing anything but when i check his WP he has kept shiva his DP, i mean shiva can save his bad work & Support him but he dont know how ravana destoryed even being bhakt of shiva.. ITS APNA TIME AAYEGA
Tip: once you raise your voice, you are gone from that day and its just how you buy time moving onwards. I bought 8 months for myself when I raised voice for my human rights during first week of joining.
Very true
Thank You :)
mere prev company mai tuh resign karne pe manager ne kuch pucha bhi nhi thav:(
I didnt resign because I would have lost court leverage. Took so much of my energy to cope up for 9 months into the job. Since Day 1 my mind was made relationships broke down with senior leadership due to illegal activities taking place. Its tough but you have to look at bigger picture
It is not always manager's fault if someone decided to leave. There could be many reasons why that is the case.
People manager only looking for another jobs has there manager is not listening/hearing them 😅
2:23 exactly like my previous boss... he never interacted with any team members other than to ask about the work status... i mentally resigned within few months 😂, but still continued working under him for two years.... that was terrible

Is it possible to connect with you 1 on 1 and discuss some issues?
In my last organization, newly joined + on bench...my manager never interacted with me... not asking any thing..like you got project or not. . Working on any project or not 😢
Resign happen in process because of financial commitment
Hope the People manager of my organization is watching your video. Please let us know how we can suggest you more topics to you sir so that We can have clarity.
Sir, how can I reach to you ?
careertalk@anandvaishampayan.com
They resigned bcoz of the same manager
Companies appoint these type of managers to keep their turnover high and cause more financial losses. Yes lack of business acumen and lack of basic sense. Even with dialogue weekly daily, I never opened up to my manager because of the constant lack of trust because I was getting thrown under the bus by him and my team. Unfair treatment is never tolerated despite million dollar jobs or option to become unemployed is better than living in hell. I lost my sleep and appetite during the period and my anxiety, depression peaked during this time.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND CAPITALISM IS NOT DESIGNED TO PRODUCE LEADERS THE CHASE ONLY IS PROFITS
99% BOSSES ARE NOT FIT TO BE PEOPLE MANAGERS
THE YOUTH SHOULD BE JOB CREATIRS NOT JOB CHASERS
If everyone becomes job creators who will work for them. They both will coexist.
Just gain knowledge and leave , there is no time for listening to other's ramayan while you u don't have time for wife and kids
