We had no idea just how monumental Em's first backpacking trip was going to be.
We decided to hike the Goat Trail to Arkansas' 550ft cliff (the tallest bluff face between the Rockies and Appalachian mountains) called Big Bluff. But we had no idea what was in store for us leaving the trail to head back home the next day...
This is a dangerous trail, but it's worth the hike if you use extreme caution. And while Em was so grateful and touched that Si jumped off the cliff to save her, we aren't recommending you to act as swiftly as a first responder who loves his wife more than himself in high-risk situations!
