Teton House is so good!!! I looked up this video bc I am signed up for a trail run at the Butte in about 6 weeks! I've hiked it once but it was 5 years ago and right now everything is buried in snow!! I like to visualize when I'm training so this really helps!! Can't wait to give this a go!

I hate to tell you, but you took the hard way. If you go back the way you hiked in to Hemmed in Hollow, there is a volunteer trail that's sidewalk flat that takes you to those falls with zero risk or climbing. You took the Ernst trail which is not safe.

Now how to remove it from garden tools?

Hopefully It’s Your Last

One thing I do in the evening to drink more water is every time I go to the kitchen. I drink a cup of water. (Cup size May very.) I’ve been doing this for 20-24 years now. A corpsman I was friends with told me how important staying hydrated was for fighting colds and other sicknesses. I really respected him and took his advice to heart. He said you’ll wake up a few times a night to relieve yourself, but that’s better than getting sick. Also when I wake in the middle of the night, I drink another glass of water. Thanks for the video, keep them up Drinking water is so, so important for every function of your body and health.
