I bought this cell 2 days ago. I was overwhelmed with all the features the Symbian operatingsystem has. You can even play Quake 2 on this, and lots of Nintendo/Sega emulators. I had an iPhone before this until it broke, and I wanted something simular, but I wasn't quite sure what to get, and I could not afford the more expensive HTC phones/Nokia N82/N95 etc. so I ended up with this, and Im glad i did. Great phone.
The phone itself is brilliant, beautiful design and packed with features. My one gripe is the battery, although not bad for a smartphone, it will only last about 1 day of heavy use and 6 days tops when I'm just texting.
Very good phone. I was looking for a phone that could replace my Nokia 6630 and I found this phone. I ended up keeping both phones. I just can't sell my old 6630, after all we've been through these past 3 years. I love candybar phones since they last for ages unlike 2-part phones :)

You will get over a day normal use. Here is what I did with mine today: 1 text, 1/2hour nokia sports tracker, 20mins google earth (3.5g) received 2minute call, made a 2minute call, played a game for 20minutes and left MSN running all day. At 10:00PM, it has just reached 1bar after leaving the charger at 8:00AM. Hope this helps!

You don't get any memory card. You can buy MicroSD, phone supports up to 2GB I think... I got 2GB. IT was around 150kn here in Croatia, that's about 15 pounds. YOu also get converters to bigger SD formats.
Um, why don't you try reading the manual or tutorial? Anyway, I think what you're talking about is the active standby feature. You can turn it off by going to Settings > Phone settings > General > Personalisation > Standby mode. Hope that helped.
Hi, I see you are very happy with your 6120, so I must be missing something. I can't figure out how to download music from my PC iTunes library. There is nothing about it in the manual. I plugged in the phone through the USB port. I clicked OK for all the Installation Wizard stuff. But in the end it doesn't see the phone. What do you recommend? If it does see the phone, how do I download the music? Steve
thanks a lot mate you stopped me from making a huge mistake, like you i am lured by the great offers of 3, and i was about to choose the sony ericsson k610i over this nokia, the nokia is symbian smart and has radio, but i preferred the k610i for the design, youve convinced me to get the nokia, thanks a lot. By the way intalling games costs extra right? 3 only give your free messenger and yahoo and email because of the x-series???
i wrote a comment one month ago and i didnt know which phone to get out of nokia 6121 or 6300 but i got 6121 its better by far its got 3G and videocalling and better application like nokia GPS maping and its got so many little features that make it better.

Okay, I have a compulse to answer people questions. You can voice dial by pressing the right select button (on top of the red button) until you hear a beep sound and say the name of the person you want to call clearly to the phone.
it's because itunes is liscensed and wont accept anything but an ipod. you need to drag the files from a music folder into your phone's music folder through your documents
Hello. Can you put a wallpaper on the entire screen? And if you can, how? It doesn't let me do that. It keeps my theme color on the upper side of the screen (where the clock and operator logo are) and also on the bottom of the screen (0.5 cm of the screen).

im using nokia 6120 classic for year . Best ph0ne for students like me , & its not tempting to any snatcher because its cheap unlike iphone. I like the design & features i can fb,google,youtube etc. Using Opera Mini. The connection is quick cuz its a 3g.
If you just text, you may as well turn off the 3G radio, as you won't need this. You should, just, squeeze two days. What I have done is bought a second battery and charger on ebay for a few quid and simply carry a 2nd battery. You don't lose the clock or setting changing the battery in this phone!

This phone has no GPS but has Navigation Maps need to be download .. hmmm its outlook like N73 ME only smaller version n flash light is missing can't take photos in the dark w/o flash can use night mode but not very clear.. Dis phone good with basic features.

I am lucky to get a day what with MSN, Google Earth (combined with GPS) and youtube. Fit a screen protector. They are dirt cheap on ebay, if correctly applied aren't noticed and when they get scratched, you rip them off and put a new one on! I am getting fed up of screens covered in sweat after long phone calls. It gets so HOT!!!
I also bougt my 6120 classic 17/7-2008.. Well I like it, but there is one problem...it gets very hot after using it for talking in 5-10minuttes..like a hot brick on your ear.. So i did some research on the internet and found out that it's not only 6120 classic that haves that problem, but also the 6500 classic. so when you plan to talk with somebody over 10 minuttes you should consider using the headset that comes with the phone if you don't want your ear to get hot..hehe..cause it gets annoying

I bought one yesterday! A PINK one! Works like a charm. Processor is faster than my N95!

I got this phone 2008... My very first phone :')
You will get over a day normal use.

When using GPS (nokia maps or google earth), battery life is around 3 hours!

i think 6120 and 6120 classic is same phone, on nokia's website there is no seperation
