    This video is BS. I went to my doctor and got a note for 100% remote work, and the company granted it....period. They really had no choice because corporate lawyers can't argue with an official note from a doctor. It will hold up in court everytime.

      This is absolutely not true. It depends on the job, job duties, etc. There are plenty of legal case precedents that ruled against an employee whose doctor said they must work 100% remote based on the requirements of their job.

    if you have to turn this into an almost legal dispute with your employer, you know the culture isnt fit. i wish we can be chutzpah and honest with our employers... but i'd adimt many places, this simply isnt possible. people have to go to work, keep your head down and mouth shut.
