Turn off the power, water, and food services. Stop having Police interact with them. They will leave peacefully without a media show.
Remember when we protested wars Americans were in
@LaCream973 And of it wasn’t clear, I’m talking about you
Tax payers are funding bombs for a war against a state that doesn't even have an airport, port, or an armored division
We need voices of dissent to remind us that people do care about what is done 'in our name'.
You sure about that?
Why only protest about Gaza? How about Ukraine, Sudan, Myanmar, Haiti, the Middle East in general?
😂😂 What leverage does America have in any of those conflicts? You goofball. US is actively arming Israel’s bombing of civilians.
Because their tuition money is funding genocide. from what I understand, their demands are divulge and divest.
Well, the US is funding Israel and Ukraine, so that answers part of your question.
@@LutraLovegood There we’re so
many replies that blasted this comment and 60 minutes deleted them all. It’s in vain; The world sees the emperor has no clothes. Free 🇵🇸
I'm just wondering what their proposed solution is. Lots of protesting, very little problem solving. Do they have an actionable solution they actually want implemented? Because protesting without a reasonable goal is pointless.
They don’t want tax dollars and especially tuition money to go to Israel
They want the institutions to stop supporting and/ or funding the attacks on innocent Palestinian people trapped in the Gaza strip... from my deduction.
Students have the right to protest and I believe youth movements to be mobilizers of change. I hope they use this combined effort to also protest the cost of college tuition the way students do in other countries, and reduce the cost of tuition for everyone.
What these poor kids don’t realize, their feelings aren’t facts. It’s sad. These are the same kids who think you can transform genders. Is it a far cry for them to tell us how the feel and how we need to listen to them bc they’re “right”. You can’t object either, they’ll get “anxiety” and that’s your fault too. Lmfao. When did we get so soft
The protesters are pretty nasty and uninformed, from what I've seen
@@rob1016ny gender and sex are two different things. maybe go back to school before spreading misinformation. grow up.
Im telling you it’s a South Park episode😂and these people are children acting like the police wanna be there at night dealing with college students and not at home. Nobody cares about protests but you obviously cant set up encampments and universities have the right to enforce the rules. Nobody cares if they protest just do it somewhere else where you have a permit to do so and dont impede on others rights it’s not that hard. And there is a heavy military presence cause there are school shootings each year. If somebody comes up and start’s shooting people, the students are gonna be like where was our protection how come we cant peacefully protest against foreign affairs most of us know nothing about that have deep religious roots and not have people wanna start violence😢
How is Pro-Hamas anti-war?
What is wrong with you all? You totally lost any moral compass...
bots in the comment section
*"israel and palestine rights*
hmmm, weird way to say it like that
Free Palestine 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸
*Tensions over Israel-Hamas war simmer on college campuses | 60 Minutes*
I believe this is the 60 Minutes they were referring too - very interesting.
Screaming protests and arrests do not help any cause. Less screaming and more listening and talking is required.
Please. They said the same thing about Vietnam protestors.
“more listening” 😂😂 Like about the fact israel has propped up Hamas since 2019 as Netanyahu admitted and every Israeli newspaper attacked him for after Oct 7.
They definitely like following trend which will not get any consequences
The kids are ahead of their time.
These kids believe their feelings are facts. Wait until they get to the real world and can’t bully everyone into doing what they want. Sad, college won’t hold them accountable, they’ll think there are no consequences to their actions.
In stupidity.
@AndyKua So say's the keyboard warrior.
These little children do not even know what they are protesting.
How do you know? Did you talk to them?
@@zachcouch8654 actually yes, most have no idea why they're protesting.
@@ricksterbobolishious7523 where???
@@blist14ant Ohio State.
@joehigashi3584 no, we've all seen people interview "protesters" who admit on camera that they are just there, with no idea why.
Protesting to protect ideology and governance that 100% quells all protesting and individual rights...GENIUS.
I’m unbothered by what’s happening in other countries. I want Americans to protest the issues in America facing Americans
read a book and use some critical thinking
Actually, our tax dollars are supporting Israel. So maybe in that regard it matters
OK but people care about this issue to protest it you can protest whatever you want that's freedom of speech buddy.
And this is why the World hates America.
How many times a day can you milk this, any chance you’ll tell these poor kids their feelings aren’t facts and no in the real world cares they are camping in college.
Free Palpatine
Viva Israel 🤍💙
These are college kids (i.e., children). Assigning them left or right leanings is ridiculous. They are immature kids DUH!!! Why is this even news worthy? It's the Breakfast Club.
1960s called…
God bless Israel and the IDF
You sound like a well trained dog when you write stuff like that
This is what happens when education is replaced with propaganda.
If you want to help Hamas so bad, buy a 1 way ticket to Gaza and see what happens.
Opposing Israel ≠ supporting Hamas
Bad faith argument and you know it. You're trying SO hard to villainize anyone but Israel. Discussing propaganda while supporting an imperialist genocide is honestly insane.
@@joejoey7272yea. But I don't hear any of then oppose hammas
@@yaronzehtser4523 I condemn Hamas and I condemn the Israeli policies that enabled Hamas
Are the protesters going to return to thier country and help make positive changes to society? Education leaves, so does direction?
😂😂 wut? That doesn’t make any sense. US is the one paying for the bombing of civilians.
Return to the USA? Makes no sense
@@LutraLovegood they could go back help and come back. Something will have to give.
"attack on civillians" yeah okay fed
It isn't just pro-palestine, it's pro-communist as well.
