Lucy had a live concert in Manchester last night which was sold out and the feed back is that in was sensational It is being reported that her voice live is even better than the recordings. She has another concert in Tokyo in September .She has the stage preview of the musical "Rosie" in the Autumn and the show proper opens in London early next year. Lucy released the Album from the Rosie this month and it is fantastic .This song was not released on Lucy´s usual Channel but on Rosie the musical Channel. Thanks for you continued support for Lucy

Will is currently playing the role of Marius in Les Miserables in London’s West End. It has not been announced if he will play the part of Geoffrey in Rosie although he is in the studio cast recording. Desmonda Cathebel who is also in the studio album recording is currently touring the UK and Ireland in Aladdin so has also not been confirmed for Rosie.
Stunning is the fitting word for the video. I love the way Lucy sings the word “yesterday” and her line after Will sings. There is something so operatic about those parts. Rosie Boote is the historical character so this song and We Can Change the World relates to Rosie’s life and singing career
Hello Psi & Bell, this new song from Rosie " Hold On " is so truly beautifully, Lucy & Will, sing so well together. This song tells the true story of " Rosie" she was a young Irish girl who came over to England and made her way to stardom on the stage, she met this aristrocratic gentlman and fell in Love, in those bygone days this was a taboo, so society was against this romance but their love of each other could not be parted. A true story hence Chris Broom this amazing man who wrote this musical and all of the songs for " Rosie " Lucy & Will are the stars of the this new Musical. Lucy had a live concert in Manchester England last night there were so many fans that flew in from the States to see it, I believe Lucy brought the house down. Take care Barbara.
Rosie Boote was born in Luton in England and was sent to a convent in Dublin after her father died and her mother couldn’t look after her and work. She returned to England and worked as a Gaiety Girl in London theatres. She met Geoffrey Taylour who was the Marquis of Headfort. They married In 1901 and Rosie lived most of her life on the Headfort estate in Ireland. She died in 1958.

I think Will is currently in the musical 'Les Mis' on London's West End. I think he will be the male lead in the coming musical 'Rosie'. Lucy and Will have sung several duets together before. They were both voted off the British version of 'The Voice-Kids' at the semi-final stage - way back when Lucy was 15(?). Please, please, please play and react to a couple of Lucy's early videos: “LISTEN”. At only age 14, Lucy was the girl with the powerful voice of an adult diva! "I'LL NEVER LOVE AGAIN". At only age 15, Lucy blows Lady Gaga's version out of the water. Lucy Thomas was born for musicals!! Yesterday 3/5/24 she had her first concert in the UK. She sang a multitude of songs including songs from famous musicals. I was not present yesterday but have seen a video of a live performance!! In all my years, no one can sing these songs as good as Lucy and I mean no one. In my opinion she sang “don’t Cry For Me Argentina “ better than anyone including the original actress on Broadway. If you think she sounds great in the studio, just wait until you hear her live!!!

The musical is based on the true story of an Irish chorus girl making it in London’s West End and falling in love with a Marquis. This song is about how his friends and family tried to force them apart but in the end he had the strength, determination and love to “Hold On” and marry Rosie.
