I have the tail light, flashing modules and the filler lights on mine. I want to either get the tour pack light or the side lighs on the tour pack. I just dont know which one to get next. But when i do mash the brakes. It is bright.
@@TheMilitaryBiker I was thinking even before this video to get the tour pack light first. Also, sticking with custom dynamics. Yes, they are a little pricey. But I do like the life time warranty.
@@TheMilitaryBiker seems the connection to plug and play so to speak is under the seat? And u would need to remove the seat to disconnect the lights to remove the bags? Is there another connection point that I missed in the video that allows the bags to be removed without removing the seat to disconnect the lights? I’m confused, could you please explain?
@@davemeshamsr6000 no there is a quick connect cable where you mount behind the saddlebag, yes you have to run the other wires under the seat but once that’s in the quick disconnect is on the back of the bags
What harness do We need, to connect Custom Dynamics side bag lights, & also to connect the Brake light/Turn signal Filler LED lights, to my 2022 HD Ultra Limited?
So does the stock bike have the existing connectors to just plug in the custom dynamic saddlebag lights? And how come the wires are so loose That You have to use tape to secure them? And seems there should be a better way of connecting the lights without attaching the wires to the bags so you would have to take the seat off whenever you remove the bags…seems a bit much to have to do that…but they look nice
It’s all plug and play yes. Comes with everything you need to make them work. As for the design of how to run the wires etc, you’d have to ask Custom Dynamics why they designed it like that.
@@TheMilitaryBiker ya that’s the only drawback I see in the lights, the way they connect with the external wiring being along the side of the bags, not a very good design. I have the custom dynamic led fog lights that have the ring lights as running lights and then have full spots to light up with a push switch that I was able to route to the left inside lower of the fairing on my 2022street glide st that I have mounted on the top of the front mustache gaurds that are really bright and go well with the led Harley turn signals I also put on…thnx for your input
@@davemeshamsr6000 yeah, not sure how else you can route these. Don’t forget it does have a quick release connect for when your taking saddle bags off, so maybe that’s why. I have not had an issue with the wiring, you can’t see it at all.
Great job. I installed Customs Dynamics Tour Pak on my Electra Glide but the brake light didn't work and the turn signal is in red. Do the lights you bought light as red running lights, but still flash amber (to comply with UK road regs)? Thanks. Tony
Hi Tony..thanks for watching. I am based in Canada mate so I can only attest to the ones I have and they flash red to comply with Canadian law. I would suggest getting hold of CD customer help line (not sure if they have one in UK) if not give them an email mate (Main US site) they are great at fixing things that aren’t right and their customer service is great. Hope you get it resolved. ✌️🇬🇧
@@TheMilitaryBiker not sure if I do something wrong but everytime I hook back up it throws lost power code and I clear it . Didn’t really see a reason to do it for hooking lights up . That’s why I asked . Great video huge help . Just did the tri bar and saddle bag low profile
Finally great detailed installation video showing the saddlebag wiring and zip tie mounts. Thank you very much!
Thank you for the comments, glad to help! Merry Christmas
Appreciate the help bro I did minds today
No problem 👍
Nice install showing wire hook-ups

I have both of those too and yeah they are super bright, I would recommend the tour pack light before the side ones though.

Great job brother, look great
Thanks mate

Hi there. Does it not have a quick disconnect? So you dont have to remove the seat everytime you want to take the saddlebags off?
Hey, so yes they do have a quick disconnect, no you do not have to take your seat off.
Thanks

You should mate, they are gleaming and easy to fit.

That’s a great question man, I would suggest asking Custom Dynamics.

Do the bags have to be on the bike to install the lights?
Check out the video and you will see…
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
What spliter are you using. I have a Canadian bike as well I want my turn signals to run with the bike like yours.

What tail light is that? I have the same bike and lights.
It’s the Custom Dynamics rear tail light.
Very good video
Thank you
Did you do this with out pulling main fuse or negative on battery ?
Honestly, I didn't. Maybe I should have but hey ho. Thanks for watching.

"spotty dog"..... first time I got that back from the Helmand Buzzard - I had to ask the Brit (RN) in our office if that was a good thing.
haha what did he say it meant?
@@TheMilitaryBiker yup - told me it was a big hearty thumbs up.
