Return To Westminster Mall With John’s Incredible Pizza Recently Shut Down

- You guys wanted it, so I decided to go to Westminster Mall and see any new changes. More stores have closed and no new apartments yet? Also thank you guys for your support of the Almost Gone Or Rebuild Series as the videos keep getting more views now and then.

Such a sad state what Westminster Mall has become, oh the memories of the late 80s to 90s were the best of times here, spent a whole Saturday just chilling at Time Out Arcade, Walden Books, Software Etc, Kay Bee Toys and the Cool Movie theater...

What a shame, that was the best John's location hands down
I remember going there walking with my dad, overtime I knew that the mall was at its end since there were less and less stores, my sister in law would tell me that she used to go to this mall when she was in high school but now its already dead I remember meaning a guy who had his own store and was there for 20-30 years when I met him he told me that he was closing in 2 weeks on the top floor a year earlier ago. Overall I cant believe its almost already ending I had some good experiences in that place and I will keep these memories with me
I heard that the Mall is soon gonna be destroyed and demolished in 2025 to become a community park, an outdoor shopping center and 10 story high apartment buildings. Its part of the City of Westminster's plan to add more revenue and housing to the city.
Like that wasn’t the plan all along. Hence why they never tried to revitalize these malls or draw new businesses to them.
Johns was a big arcade but these days the malls in us are getting abandoned

Last time I was here was in July 2017 and remember johns incredible pizza was still under construction, crazy 6 years later it would close down
The one in Buena Park is somehow still there
Before 2017, there were little stores at the area where John’s Incredible Pizza was before the area was under construction.
Reason they haven’t done anything yet they are trying to get city approval and when they can slowly take every store back and slowly shut down the mall bit by bit so what I heard is either end of this year 2024 or early 2025 they will slowly start construction once the approval happens it gonna be townhomes here and food courts a pool etc and some retail stores

Oh my god! Before John’s Incredible Pizza, it used to be little stores, but they closed or turned these stores into John’s Incredible Pizza and then they also closed down John’s Incredible Pizza. I wonder what will happen next after these little stores and the pizza place closed down. So surprising!

all they did is bring most of the stuff over to buena park how i know cause i worked here for a but before getting transfer over to buena park and worked for a year before i stop going it hurt to quit but it was for personal reasons
And would love to like meet up at either mall and to like talk about my experiences there like the food at John’s it not bad but not good I would have to say both locations west mall I give it a 7/10 and Buena Park depending on day also 7/10 if you don’t wanna use your work discount to eat there they let you leave work during your lunch time and go eat in the mall but if I remember it was only 30 mins so you have to get back asap

They blocked the view of the abandoned John’s Incredible Pizza with colorful papers in every window and door, so you won’t be able to see inside the abandoned place anymore.
At least I recorded it before it got covered.
@@dalsterrocks11I bet they’re starting to do construction to John’s Incredible Pizza. Maybe it will be a medium-sized business or it will be apartments, because almost a decade ago, the area where the abandoned John’s Incredible Pizza is were little stores.

Maybe for John’s Incredible Pizza it will be back to the little stores again and for Sears it will be Burlington.
