If you make a mistake in football you loose a point If you make an mistake in horse riding you could loose 2 live We are equestrians and we are proud of it
Crying this is so good, I am a horse rider who had a bad fall and I got back 7 weeks ago I am now jumping 1.10 because I believe I might not be the best but I feel the best and that’s all that matters, when I got back on after 6 years I forgot how to ride, and I am now jumping 1.10, I know that isn’t a big accomplishment but it’s engraved in my heart and I will never ever give up!!!
I had a riding accident August 28th that led to a broken tibia and surgery. Now that I’m cleared for pt I’m working hard to get back to the barn and ultimately ride again. Love this video!!
People argue about whats more dangerous , its not about whats more dangerous or whats harder but its nit all about taht its about whats more deadly - i play football and i am an equestrian i had a horse called polo and last year ago we were xc schooling on 1m jumps it had rained the night before so was sticky as he went to jump a fence he slipped and fell on his neck , we called the vets but unfortunately he didn’t make it . I thought i didn’t know how to start riding again without my boy because he was my everything and i cant go through this pain again , but i began helping around the barn and fell in love with a 15yr old schooling horse his names Pedro when i got home i told my mum about him and she was so happy i had found my love for horses again as she knew they made me so happy - she talked the stables and i began leasing him i rode him every Saturday and slowly got comfy riding again they stables eventually let my mu purchase Pedro and i stated riding him every 3 days , i still miss polo but its getting better and i hope me and Pedro can develop together and become best friend just like polo was .
I've been riding for 6 years and I'm back to jumping 50cm. I was jumping 130 last year but I had a fall and I knocked my confidence. I'm trying to build myself up but I feel like crap when I'm jumping the same as a person who's been riding a few weeks and I see people who've been riding as long as me jumping 150. I know it doesn't define my riding but it doesn't feel good.
I get you. I have been riding for seven years. Three years ago I had two bad falls. Couldn't get near a horse without melting down. I had to start again from walk while kids where galloping and asking me why I was so slow. Now I'm back to doing everything again but with a new conscience of my limits and my skills. Having to step back is not shameful, even though it may feel like it is. Stepping back and giving all you have is strength. Don't give up, you can do it
horses and Conor Maynard are life I feel bad now because I have been riding for 5 years and am only jumping 75cm so don’t say we have only been riding for weeks 😥
I understand that. I'm getting my confidence back and I've been riding for 10 years. It took me weeks to even trot, and I've barely cantered in months. But I am gaining my confidence and I'm lucky enough to have an amazing horse so I'm bouncing back. I know your comment is 2 years old but I hope you're doing well with your riding 😊
i started to ride horses when i was 7. i loved it. one day my trainer decided it would be a good time for me to start jumping. i loved that too. but after a year of jumping i fell off - that was my first time falling off ever. it shook my confidence. i quit. then after seven years of trying to come to terms with myself and get help for my anxiety i’m finally re-starting again. i’m going back on the 2nd of December and this time i won’t give up. i will work my hardest to make up for the time i have missed. these videos really make me less anxious, so thank you ❤️
This is amazing! After almost 5 years of not riding. I’ve been working my butt off. And yesterday, I got to canter for the first time ever. And my instructor said I did wonderful!
this relates to: winning an event, getting your own horse, getting a loan horse and so much more. I am in year 9 secondary shcool, age 13. I don't have a horse, no were near getting one, but omg how badly I want one, I will work hard, I will go all out until I get what I deserve!
Thankyou. This really helped me. My back has been hurting because of a recent fall and this really motivated me to keep on going no matter what happens.

This is amazing. I had a bad fall in 2018 I didn’t ride till 2020 then I had a jumping accident I was doing a 1.50m jump I tried to jump it but my horse started bucking crazy he jumped it since they were metal jumps I fell on the jumps and my helmet broke. I am now confident when riding in 2021 and 2022 I am now back to small jumps and trot poles
turns out all i needed was a person yelling at me put over some videos of other people. Its crazy how that works. Anyone I know tells me to get off my ass and do something with my life, what do I do? Nothing. But when it comes from someone you don't know and they don't know you, it goes deeper. This was heartfelt. So when you see me at the Olympics, living my dream as a rich, successful, beautiful, hardworking actor, know that this is why.
I broke my arm 5 months ago jumping 1m and I was out for 2 months. When my doctor said I could start riding again I was a little nervous because I thought it might happen again but I kept telling my self that it was ok and that it won’t happen again, 1 months later I went to the Equestrain state championship and jump in the 60 and 70cm and I ended up getting 3rd and reserve champion. To anyone who see’s this and has had a bad fall of your horse, I want you to know you can accomplish great things if you believe in yourself and don’t give up😁😁😁
