I know how you feel. Earlier this year I returned to Pattaya after a 3 1/2 year absence. Science may say that the air in Pattaya is polluted and full of smog, but to me it's always like a breath of fresh air when I visit. Great video, Geoff. Glad you're back.

I flew to Thailand last August for the first time in 6 years, felt soo good getting off the plane in swampy & heading down to pattaya for 3 weeks. Great to see you back in patts Geoff enjoy every minute your there
Eating Thai food in country cant be beaten, you can eat at as many Thai restaurants in the west as you like but nothing beats the real thing,and having to wait years to do so like many of us have done makes it all the better.

I have to agree with you, The Pattaya Beer Garden has always provided great food. During the lockdowns, I thought it might not return. But it is an iconic part of the Pattaya scene, I should have known they wouldn't leave it closed. I will be in Pattaya on the 2nd of December. I can't wait. It has been 5 years since I was last there. I know that you have only been back in Pattaya for a couple of days, but I am sure that you are amazed at how many changes they have made since the last time you were in Pattaya. Its not the cheapest but when you take the location into account its pretty good, when its the only seafront beach restaurant on the whole of beach road ,.

Geoff, the FIVE STAR Bar Beer on Beach Road is actually one of the most competitively-priced bars in town. You mentioned "it wasn't one of the cheapest" but that is certainly doing them a dis-service. It is, as you mentioned, a cracking spot to sit and watch the world go by or take in the sunset. I just wanted to assure your viewers to give the bar a visit, as it is actually very well-priced. Enjoy your first visit in 4 years.
I've been to the PBG many times and have noticed a marginal price increase, but for the airy view, service and tasty food, £12 ish isn't outrageous. I was there last June after a bit of karting at Easykart, which is about half a mile or so away, I thought I'd stop for a couple of beers on the way back and watch the sunset.

Nice to see The Master back although that walk in the midday sun & heat along Beach Road left you jiggered mate..never mind bet it made the food & cola in the Beer Garden taste good...if you want a recommendation for an Indian restaurant try Tarka House on Soi 13/4 ..about 5 mins walk from the Beer Garden...if you're on beach rd at Walking Street end look for the bid red sculpture before you go into Walking Street and its the Soi directly opposite..top end on right hand side..brilliant food at a reasonable price.. Beep beep...🤠

Had a full English in the Beergarden at Xmas, wasn’t cheap about 9 quid but great bar for food. Some good restaurants over looking Cosy beach sky bar
