I've had bad eyesight all my life due to a genetic condition. Also my hand and eye coordination has always been bad due to the genetic condition. But since using a vr headset my hand and eye coordination is better than it has ever been. My eye sight is still the same it hasn't gotten worse so that's a win for me.

The only thing that I’ve experienced while playing it for around 5-6 hours a day and its been twitching eyes but that isn’t bad as it goes away quickly and i personally am getting really good at aiming with guns fast reaction time and my arms are stronger because i play gorilla tag every day

It'll strain your eyes if you play too much, at first, most people's eyes aren't trained up for fast action fps or the like. Twitchy eyes is usually a sign of strain, and electrolyte deficiency or imbalances, salt, potassium, magnesium, being the most common.
