It is ludicrous that a full village is the property of a certain religious body where people practices religion different from that. In India excess land grabbing or keeping in the name of religion must be abolished for the ultimate prosperity of the people.
That too without any supporting documents. Wagf has only a document which was written in 1954 that the land was offered to wagf but the people of thiruchendurai has supporting documents which belongs to 18th centuary but sadly they cannot go court hence only wagf has power to decide. Is wagf supreme than high and supreme court in India?

Sometimes the Waqf Board may announce all lands in India belongs to the Waqf Board. If they declares as such the political parties also keep mum because of vote bank politics!!!! The government should verify the ownership and confirm the donors are genuine!!

Many protests are going on against the Wakf Board in the surrounding areas of Tirupur tamilnadu. We are unable to buy land, sell it, get loans from banks, and build our own houses. Even till date, the arterial EastCoastRoad which connects Chennai to Kanyakumari is silently handed over to this community who controls it even now. Every 20 to 35 kms very big mosques and their ecosystems like restaurants, hotels had mushroomed which are owned by this community and the govt lands on which these mosques, businesses are constructed are freely given by the dmk vermins!! This road belt is a major smuggling route for narcotics and weapons coming from Pakistan and can stop anyone from other communities from going to the sea.

Waqf boards control 8.7 lakh properties spanning 9.4 lakh acres across India, with an estimated value of Rs 1.2 lakh crore. There are 32 waqf boards, including two Shia waqf boards in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Control of the state Waqf boards lies in the hands of about 200 individuals.
