Thanks for the suggestion of the Nanuk case. I’ve been considering a Pelican, but this looks like I can get the Nanuk with padded dividers and lid organizer for about the same price as the Pelican with only foam. Cheers!
I've always liked Nanuk as well as Pelican cases. My camera gear lives in Pelican cases. But, I use two Nanuk cases for my drones and two small Nanuk cases for emergency medical kits in the truck and suv.
I've got the same Nanuk (in Black), its also a Canadian brand. Though its made in Quebec (French), the name means Polar Bear in Inuktitut (Inuit Language in Nunavut, Canada)
Nice case but as soon as I saw that there were indentations inside the case for the wheels and the handle that blew it for me. I have to put a rectangular objects inside a hard case and I need the total area of the inside of the case square cut.
I definitely wanted wheels so if you do too, then get the 935. It looks like they come out to pretty much the same size overall, just different dimensions
Thanks brother! So they don't seem to be in stock nowadays but I've been eyeing these Godox tube lights that look just as good. Hope this helps. amzn.to/3Q9IHu2
Yo! Love the green color, I have the black one and we have a lot of similar stuff inside, I additionally squeeze in Mini 3 Pro, RC and batteries with the charger. I think I might get the padded dividers instead of the foam, it'll be easier to modify. Greetings form Irvine!
Yeah, you could definitely go A74 if it's in your budget- it's definitely a better camera than both the 3 and C. I didn't mean to make it seem like the A7C was the updated choice for the A73, but rather that if you're thinking of going with the A73, might as well get the A7C since it's currently cheaper and is more user friendly with the flippy screen
@@themodernvideographer That makes sense and I was just curious. I have an A7IV and I realize it's really budget-priced compared to the A7SIII and I was wondering if pros such as yourself considered the IV to be usable in a commercial environment. Of course, I'm drooling over the FX3 update and am a bit jealous there. Very cool video and your case is really awesome. I'm enjoying your videos and thank you!
Like the pelican design the wheel arches on the bottom are a deal breaker for me. Everything in my hard case is fragile and those hard lumps will not work- I mean they will break items. I use cases by Vanguard and they don't have parts inside that will break my gear :D By the way- packing it with lenses on cameras increases the likelihood of breakage. Best store bodies and lenses separately for travel.
I gotta check out those Vanguard cases! I see your point. In my case, I'm trying to consolidate as much as possible since there's usually just two of us and we still have all our lights and stands to lug along on jobs. Thanks for the comment!
People just like watching videos about gear 🤷🏻♂️ haha. For me though, watching other videos has given me ideas for what I could add to my kit, and it's just interesting to see what other professional videographers use

The Nanuk is awesome! Can't go wrong with it
I love my Nanuk Cases! Great video
They’re the best! Thank you!
FR I THOUGHT YOU HAVE LIKE MILLION SUBS, YOU ARE REALLY PROFFESIONAL, GREAT PRESENTATION
Haha thank you!
I have the same case and I love it. I've used the pelican as well and this one is nicer looking and well made.
Agreed!

Both are great! Great use for both of them 👍🏼
Wonderful video mate! Been trying to pick to go between this and something cheap, I think you've convinced me with this one!
Thank you! Glad to help
Great video, great presentation!
Thank you!
Dope review bro! I rock the same one but in black - the Nanuk's are definitely must buy cases!
Thank you, bro! Love these cases. I want to get one in black too haha
It'd be so awkward if someone opened the door while filming & accidentally knocked the lamp over 😭 Great breakdown! super sick case btw
Lol it's actually nearly happened a couple times already! Thank you man!

Neat setup! Choosing between the 930 and 935’s. I believe yours is a little deeper? Which would you recommend?

is the lid organizer can fit on pelican air 1535?
What are those tube lights in the background? Look great. Nice video
The Nanlite Pavotube 30c. Love them. Thank you!

Nice! Yeah the padded dividers are awesome. Cool we are pretty close to each other!
You seem to kind of avoid talking about the Sony a7iv. I’m just curious why. You recommend for example the a7c as the updated choice for the a7iii

I like the Rode Go 2 but just got my DJI wireless mics. The DJI mics are far better. BTW. Great video brother.
Hearing only great things about the DJIs! Thank you!

can
can a 16inch laptop fit in the back of the lid organizer?
Damn I remember a couple of years ago I bought a couple of these 935 cases for 90 bucks, now they’re over 200 bucks new.
Dang what a steal!
loading up the top slots will cause it to fold back. its kinda annoying!
Oh no that sucks. I haven't experienced that yet haha but I hope I don't
