It was great seeing all this in real time. I remember watching the interviews and remember doodling or journaling while my mom folded clothes, with the Opra interviews on. Titanic was so huge when it came out. I had one of the movie posters on my door. 😂

The set was built in a coastal city called Rosarito located on Baja California they literally build an entire new film set jst for titanic and then reused it to film other movies like Pearl Harbor, Master and commander etc because they build the largest pool for movies in the world just for that movie.
If I had to make titanic 2 it would be bruce ismay getting off that rescue boat and see what happened to him. History states that for a long time people blamed him and he lived the rest of his life with guilt. Rose lives her life goes into hiding with the help of Molly brown. Ruth is beyond devastated over the loss of Rose tries to hold on to cal close thinking he'll take care of her but he pretends he doesn't know her. Ruth's other worse nightmare comes true and becomes a seamstress but Molly still keeps tabs on Ruth for roses sake. Cal marries the love of his life but that was cut short due to the stock market crash and eventually commits suicide.
They built half of the ship and they built it the same size as the actual titanic. So it took a long time and if they showed the other side of the ship they would just flip the screeb

The director then had all the shots flipped, with inversed text on signs and all, to make it accurate. I think that in the original movie there were still some non-flipped signs left, so the text was inversed (though I think they fixed all this in the blu-ray version).
3:20 seeing 2 dead people in once scene with a guy still alive is freaky (gloria stuart: old woman who died at 100, a legend) (bill paxton: brock lovett, morgan earp, died in his 60s from complications following a heart surgery/a stroke, RIP)
Making the Titanic 11,its make not so exciting anymore. unlike the Titanic 1.yes so sad coz Jack has to die.but that is the epic of the movie and left memories to the heart's of those who really understand James Cameron masterpiece😊

I absolutely think Kate Winslet is one of the finest actresses in Hollywood. She’s just so good in every thing she does. But I can’t help but respectfully disagree with her sentiments regarding DiCaprio. Watching this video, she’s so emphatic about how great his acting skills are. Yes, Leo has done a few different films where his acting was exceptional, or better than usual. The Revenant and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood to name a couple. But Tom Hardy he’s surely not. One of the skills a great actor should possess, is the ability to perform different accents. Kate Winslet, Tom Hardy, Christian Bale and others do it brilliantly. DiCaprio has attempted this on a few occasions, however not very well. I just think he’s incredibly overrated. Also, I’ve always believed that the best actors come out of Great Britain and Australia. I’m not sure why this is, but they seem to be on another level. JMO
