Sleep 7-9 hours daily, 5. Do excercise 1-2 hours daily 6. Meditate 30 minutes 7. Do Facial excercise 8. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week 9. Use organic sunscreen daily, and wear uvb rays protected sunglasses 10. Don't rub your eyes 11. Don't sleep on your stomach Follow all these tips, definitely you will fix your problem, all the best for your bright future 😊
Me too and my doctor told me it's because of eczema, but I don't know if this is really the reason as I'm doing all the bad staff that cause them: sleeping late, not drinking enough water, stare at mobile phone screen too much, etc... She told me they would go away with using the medication but I'm not sure.
