The bill of lading is a required document to move a freight shipment. The bill of lading (BOL) works as a receipt of freight services, a contract between a freight carrier and shipper and a document of title.
A Bill of Lading is essentially a contract of carriage between the Shipper, Consignee, and Carrier stating the terms and conditions of carriage.
Shipments cannot be executed without a Bill of Lading. BoLs must be issued for goods to travel from Point A to Point B. They are legally binding documents, and they often serve as proof of ownership over the goods being carried.
There are different types of bills of lading having a different meaning.

But telex BL can not released on scan copy.
First of all for telex BL ...u need to surrender your 3 orginal BL to the shipping line with back side endorsement and then after necessary payment to the shipping line ..they release telex message not a scan copy which signify that the shipper has already surrender 3 orginal copy to the shipping line at origin and now handover the container to the consignee without OBL presentation
Scan copy release is a seaway BL or express BL

We may not be able to receive the Clean Master Bill of Lading if we deal with freight forwarders as they issue only the House Bill of Lading to us in case of FCL also. How to overcome this?
Wrong ...forwarder can issue ...SOB BL or Orginal BL or Clean Master BL of Shipping Line and even they can issue house BL also
...In case Of LCL
...LcL consolidator or Co-loader issue their HBL to the shippers and they keep Master BL

Shipper:
Definition: A shipper is a person, company, or entity mentioned in shipping documents (such as the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list) as the party responsible for procuring and/or placing orders for shipment. The shipper may also arrange freight payment
Carrier:
Definition: A carrier is a person or company responsible for transporting goods or people for another person or company. They are accountable for any potential loss of goods during transport

sir mera buyer 100% TT payment after clearance and inspection on the arrival port bola but i have asked them (We do agree for TT payment terms but 50% prior delivery and remaining 50% AFTER we send you "clean master BL" scan copy.)
