I have hp 1010, I think he has problem with heating, so when I print few paper nothing is wrong, or little noise then it should be.. But when I print like 20 papers, then it become very load.. I did go to repair printer service and they replace something, but in few days I got same problem. It's like there is cooler or something that is making problem?
I was hoping I will see on this video where is cooler to try to check is it on right place or it's moved

Hello. I apologize for my english. Could you help me please. I have a hp 1020 and the paper gets stuck. I tried with another pick up roller and the other part that helps it (don't know the name) and nothing. I tried with another cartridge and same problem. I have to remove the cartridge to be able to remove the crumpled paper. Any advice?
