  • Here is the next episode in the Only Trams series of Transport Fever 2. Join me on this journey to see just how far we can get using only trams for both cargo and passenger travel.

    I think it is a very good idea to display cargo trams in a museum.
    I could only think of dynamic preservation...

      I like the museum idea too, I think it allows us to keep the trams around but without having a negative impact on the routes or advancement :)

    Love the people trapped in the museum trams LOL!!! Re the logs line - the rate when it first starts is only 200, because that's all the planks factory can manage (ie 100 output). It's only when the planks factory levels up, does the log rate go up to 400 max. Similarly, the planks - tools rate is 100 to start with because that's all the tools factory wants before it levels up. With the coal - steel, you can ship 400 straight away as that's what the steel factory can use initially. Other industries work likewise - eg stone @ 100 into conmat at 1st level, etc. with resource output increasing as the receiving plant levels up.

      Yes! This is what I was thinking almost looks too small to be pulling that load doesn’t it :) I suppose it gets its power from the catenary’s though so might only need to house the drive train :)

    I make the major roads as straight as possible so that the traffic is faster and the truck stations parallel to the road, so the cars do not have to make a slow 90 degree turn. A tram museum is a good idea. You have great informative videos, I enjoy watching them.👍

      I think the turns are the slowest part of my routes, maybe I should go around and change some of them.. hmmm! :)

    Great as always is it worth doing a small diversion for the new Slough line to save them from going back empty to Lincoln

    I'd like to see some more unique trams like the ones from Hong-Kong, or some bendy and double-decker trams

    To get rid of white overlay press 1 twice on keypad. I learned it from Hushey. He is really knowledgeable in this game.

      I’ve also learnt a lot from Hushey :)
      I keep trying to press 1 twice but it just opens the build menu haha I think I must have a keybind that’s been changed somewhere!

      @@GroundedGamer855 It could be a key binding but just to make sure the line manager needs to be open and select 1 twice from keypad. The 1 from top of keyboard won't work.

    Try the Vehicle Asset Builder mod which should allow you to place asset only versions of all your trams in the museum.

    24:13 id like a few short loops in the city that could keep using the trams, or turning them into placeable assets

    17:04 the original filter would not have shown the all boxcar Ge 219, as the route is so long I would consider putting them on instead of the Cobras
    and the loop was exactly what I said. Thanks as always. :)

    There is a croydon tramlink mod for 2 of the trams ingame bit i forgot which trams

    No you need the full 400 it is two iron for one steel
