Taytay Recreation and Community Center (Thesis Walkthrough)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Proposed Taytay Recreation and Community Complex is a multi-sectoral project. The proposed project has different facilities such as Educational facilities, Recreational Facilities, Lei-sure Facilities and Community events facilities. The Recreational Facilities are the Park, Oval, Multi-purpose Arena, Recreation and Fitness Center, and Out-door Sports facilities. The Educational Facilities are the Livelihood Training Center and Co working café and Library. The Leisure Facility is the Shop-ping Center. Community event facilities are the Event Hall and Multi-purpose hall. The livelihood training center offers training for dressmaking, tailoring, fashion design. carpentry, and furniture and cabinet making that is famous in the municipality. The proposed project has a total area of 10 Ha. It is located along Don Hilario Cruz St. Taytay Rizal.

Where is big arena ? The stafium is not goo in seating beanch its better to have 15 thousands seating capacity... To encourage the future young gen. The video shown only shopping mall , parks and practice area and interior or whatever...the stadium is not good ..very exclusive ..it better if add More seating ...that is the priory . before anything . designs...... Japan is good in sports pacilities...

Bakit yung t&f oval maliit ang spectator seating ..sana paikot para mas maraming maging gold medalist athletic yun kasi ang center of atraction..di puba ...mas pinaganda nyo pa yung parking at mga office ...mas dapat pag tuunan ng ganda at expenses yung stadium ..sayang ang trabaho ..
