I checked the trap, nothing. I replaced the pump, same problem. I replaced the air valve, same problem. I replaced the check valve, same problem. My wife then got the bright idea to change the spin cycle Medium on every wash load. So far, it has been 6 months without a problem. I think sometimes the spin cycle doesn't let the water drain causing the problem. Change the spin rate to medium or slow and see if it helps!
Sounds like a main board may be bad in your case, before replacing one check to see if you can return it just in case it doesn’t solve the issue there may be multiple boards.
@@sipmeister3611 Yeah, that was what I thought but after we started changing the spin cycle to medium or slow, we haven't had a problem. The washer is still working and is doing fine. Just have to remember to CHANGE THe SPIN CYCLE SPEED or it will act up and give the error code.
@@photobuf1 You have successfully been running your washer by changing the spin cycle? For how long now? I’ve been dealing with this F03 E01 error for years now. Have tried EVERYTHING!! So annoying. I tried your technique of changing the spin cycle but it didn’t work for me :(
@@gabiroc I haven't had a problem in over a year now. All we do when we load the clothes in washer is put it on a cycle---whites-quick wash or whatever---and set the spin cycle to medium or low and it works fine. I changed everything but the main board and nothing worked until we changed the spin rate.
@@photobuf1 wow! I'm jealous!! I tried your trick and it did not work for me, I'll give it another try next time I run. I'm tired of dealing with the POS! I have only replaced the water level pressure switch on mine, but have cleaned everything that I could clean. I'm considering replacing the air trap.
Question for you, I had this error and cleaned out the filter. This worked! Yay! However...two washes in and unfortunately the code came BACK despite the filter being completely cleared. I went through the cleaning process again and nothing at all was stuck in the filter....how can I fix this from here? I don't want to keep getting this error mid-cycle and having to deal with the flood that follows.. please help if possible :(
Thanks for the comment. Unfortunately we have dealt with the same thing. Not always the same error code, but different error codes. I called an appliance repair person, who came out and first thing he asked was, “When did you purchase the machine?” We bought it about 7 years ago. He said that at about that time error codes start to appear even when nothing is wrong. He recommended resetting the codes, which I will have to look into to see. I will also check with a family member who used to work at Whirlpool. Or, ideally, #whirlpool will answer the question here 🤞🏽
Unfortunately we ended up replacing our whirlpool washer for an LG due to all the error codes we kept getting...sorry to hear about your issues. (Our washer was 7.5 years old.)
@@sipmeister3611 I have the same problem and after changing the inlet valve it work again. I changed the tube that connect to the pump, check the pump and everything but it come down to that inlet valve.
Tengo la lavadora con error F03 y E01 pero se quedó la puerta trabada y con ropa adentro, alguien que me diga como la destrabar para sacar la ropa por favor, gracias

Press cancel twice then power once..that will cancel the error code out
@@rightlane69 thanks Bob. I’ll try that too
@@rightlane69 there is no “cancel” on the panel.
Use the start button as the cancel..
You only need to take the back off 12 screws to get to that filter

Did not work. I had a clean filter. Any other suggestions? Machine locks the door sounds like its trying tom drain then goes to error code.
replace the water inlet valve

So u wash it out into the sink and let some of it go down the drain. Makes sense.

What model is the whirlpool washing machine
Sorry, I'm not sure as we eventually had to replace it...
