Hello Joanna.
I am very happy to see you again. Your garden is beautiful, thank you for sharing it with us. What matters to us is that you are there. I agree with you: "Little by little, we are noticing so much more". In running we miss the simple and yet the most important things. Leave it to the birds to count the stories of the moors and forests to you and stay creative. All this to tell you to take your time to heal.

Wonderful to see you out in your garden. I had a feeling that your surgery was more major than anticipated when you were gone for longer than expected.
