Many civil service toppers today seem to lack a sense of ethics and social responsibility. Business-driven coaching institutions exploit this by falsely taking credit for the success of deserving candidates. These institutes often offer free interview guidance and, after the final results are declared, misleadingly claim that the toppers are their students, manipulating success data to deceive future aspirants. This unethical practice can only be eliminated if successful candidates are conscious of their responsibilities towards society. Additionally, many institutions organize felicitation programs to honor civil service qualifiers, using these events as marketing tools to promote their coaching programs. By celebrating a large number of candidates, they create a false impression of their effectiveness and inflate their success rates. Therefore, successful candidates must reflect carefully and act with integrity before attending such opportunistic felicitation events. They should avoid endorsing institutions that engage in these deceptive practices, understanding the broader impact of their actions on future aspirants and the ethical standards of the civil services. Recently, the CCPA fined IAS coaching institutions in Delhi for showing or displaying fake UPSC success results, further emphasizing the depth of this problem.
I don't know whether you are an aspirant or a topper, but i completely agree with your opinions. These things the aspirants must know before diving into the preparations or those who are in preparations right now. Good to see that someone in the crowd has the guts to say it in public. I request everyone out here to spread this message to your friends, brothers,sisters, near and dear ones.
Furthermore, what you have highlighted clearly exposes the casual and unprofessional approach of the so-called mock interviewer boards. Using phones and attending calls during mock interviews, being unable to speak properly in English, and showing off past experiences while grilling mock interview aspirants all reflect poorly on their professionalism.

If that was the case then nobody would have scored better and found their name in the merit list....i think u have to work hard more than the last attempt if u want to see ur name in the merit list.

Simply blaming opsc will not give u the rank.. The sooner u accept & understand the point the better is for u.
I have already ordered my answer copies..............and I can share that with you.......compare that with any topper's answers and make a comprehensive video.............now ask and get some topper's marksheets and videos................share 20 marksheets of top 200 in the rank list..........I will salute you.

I was in the interview for this year.........and one of the member was absolutely busy using his phone untill his turn to ask me questions. So,that's the reality in opsc as well.
Nothing new in your video . All know the truth thats happening around. But one thing i must say those toppers are also accountable for that . After selection they forget their bad and come infront for so called media coverage . Actually I would say its their first step in corruption. And the CI are selling their product n we are the buyers. So we shouldnot criticise them as they doing business.Jago grahak jago
