Thank you for making these videos. We just set ours up this weekend and love it. Your videos were a huge help in deciding to make the purchase. You also gave invaluable insights.
Good idea on the lights, my wife wanted color changing o especially so I got her Qoolife Magnetic Dual Waterproof Submersible LED Underwater Lights off of Amazon
Thank you so much for the videos they’ve been so helpful! I purchased one last week and I love it the only issue I’m having is the remote control for the led lights it’s not working. Do you know if I have to plug the led into a different outlet than the hot tub?
Many people have told me it is the batteries for the remote that are causing the issue with the LED lights. I do have mine plugged into different outlets.
Same issue with the remote. I usually just unplug the lights when I'm not using it and then plug them back in when the hot tub is going to be in use. They turn on automatically if they were on when you unplugged them.
Thank you for the videos. I was wondering what chemicals you used in the dispenser and how often. Do you have to check any levels or ph balances like people do with pools? I bought my spa last Christmas from Walmart and I don’t have a clue what to do. Again thank you so much for your videos.
Do you have to have the remote to turn on lights?I got a used one missing remote and idk if the lights don't work or if they won't turn on without remote lol
You have to put the inner cover (the white one) in the black outer cover before you inflate it. Then you have a insulated barrier between water and the outside air.
I have found that it make zero difference how you inflate it. But if you watch some of my other videos you can see that I too made that recommendation at first. Thanks for the comment.
We filled our NEW hot tub up for the first time last night with water. This morning the hot tub is deflated and about to fall over. Have you heard of this happening to anyone? We’re about to unhook everything and try to add air with water still in it. I’m worried it’s defective. Do you have any tips?
What does the top intake do above the chemical dispenser unit, when the video is on 7:45 what is the purpose of the thing at the very top on the inside of the tub
Also for anyone that doesn't know already you are best filling the tub with cold water first then top up with hot.l use an adapter on my kitchen tap to connect my hose then fill the tub with hot water that way..saves on time and definitely electricity. Also l do this everytime to make it warmer l just remove some water with the hose then put hot back in its quicker and cheaper.
Hello, just curious to see roughly how much it cost a month to run it? I live in Ohio and was looking at getting one and planned on using it a few times a week. I would just keep it on all the time. Thanks
@@grimlock_rsv4634 It gets down to the 10's here at night and somewhere in the 30's during the day. Even though I have it inside my garage. Yes it's useable.
thanks for the vid... filled mine part of the way before I saw the part install led before hand.... grr anyway about the lid.... its not supposed to float loose its inserted in the sleeve of the cover , best to you,
I'm aware that the lid has 2 pieces. The reason it was in the tub was to show that it does not fully fit the circumference. When it is in the lid it does float on top of the water.
Lol I bought mine yesterday and set it up in my basement as well! I live in Michigan and winters are to damn cold to go outside. I put exercise mat tiles under mine and around it to cushion and help retain the heat.

Great video thank you for sharing God bless you always have a beautiful day
Thanks you.
These videos have been very helpful. I got this exact tub for Christmas and I can’t follow instructions that just have pictures.
Good tutorial 👏👏👏

I have had mine for 3 months now. Yes I love it.
@@bigtim208 Do you have to keep the heater covered from rain or snow?
Hi. Thanks for the helpful videos. Do you leave the pump running 24/7? If so do you leave the heat and filter options on also? Thanks
Does this need to be seated under cover to protect the heater/motor from the elements? My yard offers no cover whatsoever

Do we put water in the bottom plug or air its are first time I knew I feel dumb
Do you place a mat or tarp underneath the spa?
I just purchased mine and it’s not holding air. Any suggestions?

How dries the lights work
Do you have a link for the filters you use
My lights did not work. Do you know where I can purchase and/or replace?
I can’t get the remote to turn on the lights is there a trick to it and do you need remote to use lights?
Will a deck hold this tub?

Yes it came with a remote.
Hey, can you by chance copy/paste a link to the filters you by from Amazon? I NEED to get some ordered.
I ordered from Walmart just got them today.

What do you use to clean your hot tub when you empty it out of water?
I use" clear choice " no chemicals and does a great job when filled and warm soapy water after refill once a year.
How do you keep the temperature up? We lose like 10 degrees when the cover is off
I find the bubbles lower the temp fast too
❤

That's not normal but if it happens again then it might have a puncture hole
What does the top intake do above the chemical dispenser unit, when the video is on 7:45 what is the purpose of the thing at the very top on the inside of the tub
I don't know.
Is it the bit on top of the filter you are referring to? If so that is for putting in chlorine tablets.

Did anyone find this out? Its about same level as the Min and Max lines so was wondering if some kind of sensor?
How many days does it take to reach 100+?

$30 to $50 a month
@@bigtim208 awesome, thanks
$80 - $200 a month on winter season
@@michaellagunsad69 lol depends on your winters. Cali winter are almost the same price for me
Can you use this in the winter ? Upstate NY, winters ❄️ ❄️
Yes
I'm struggling to get the lights in, I may have inflated too much.
Hey BigTim- did you figure out which was is up on those led light?
I don't understand your question?
I don't think it matters
I jus bought this for xmas gift for wife. I'm in Texas. Do u think will be usable through winter? How cold has be outside for it not to work
I'm in Reno, Nevada. Make sure your water down freeze and the machine gets too cold. I wrapped mine with an electric blanket
@@michaellagunsad69 ok, how cold does it get there and is it usable in ur winters?

@@grimlock_rsv4634 You pretty much have to leave the heater on 24/7. It probably would cost you an extra $200 a month in electricity bill
My air bubbles blow cold air and drop the water temp very fast. Is that normal?
Yes it's normal cuz the air that makes the bubbles comes from the outside weather temperature
Does your hot tub get eo2 error, can you make a video on how to fix the eo2 error
I have not had the error.
I had an eo3 it's because it's too cold
Do u face lights in towards hot tub
Face them up.
@@bigtim208 That's how I did mine
Please talk about cost of operation.
$30 -$50 a month in the summer months depending on use. In the winter it is more.

Mine cannot hit 104 in the winter. It's days heating up again after a use. Its hit 102 once.
Maybe you got a defective one or your filter needs to be changed. Mine is aways on and never has an issue getting to 104.
@@bigtim208 in 20 degree weather?
Nope. But it has been in the lower 30's here in Idaho. I'll let you know tomorrow night how it does. It is going to 24 degrees.
