During the evening hours many private vehicles are going to avoid the other parts of the highway and enter here heading to Manchester. Most of those persons will only take the highway in the mornings going to Kingston but will want to get some cheaper fuel in Clarendon going back but avoid Scotts Pass and Porus. I think some public passenger vehicles especially the ones heading to St. Elizabeth and Westmoreland will start taking the old roads to Toll Gate and entering here also because the cost of the entire highway would need an almost 100% increase in the fare when the toll rates come into effect.
@@drivinginjamaica Yeah. I guess the cost will be similar but one of the main reasons why I think a lot of drivers will do that is because that area tends to have cheaper fuel
@@drivinginjamaica I foresee most of the traffic just bypassing Porus and Scotts Pass but not Toll Gate and the communities to the east. There'll likely be some movement of certain businesses to the area between both entries
