Get repair! I have a Series X that isn’t able to do a full update. It goes straight to the “something went wrong” screen. I troubleshoot it and do the offline update with a usb drive. It goes all the way to the point where it would recognize the disc drive, but goes back to the “something went wrong”. From what I was told it’s the original disc drive and the disc drive receives and ejects fine. Any thoughts on what it could be or the fix? Also do you have a diagram of the esd bypass? I have to do one myself and there’s one connection that’s not to clear if there’s multiple connections. It’s the connection that has two wires on a cap. Thanks
What does the chip do that you removed? I only ask because if it isn't needed and could just be bypassed to begin with, why did Microsoft feel the need to even have it then?
Are replacement chips not available? Honest question. Thanks for sharing your videos.

What resolution does the Xbox start in? According to my information, 4k resolution is not possible without ESD.
