Max level and items I end up around 2.8K hp, decent mr stats, 400 ad with ultimate, 60% crit, max attack speed paired with Q and lethal tempo to break the cap, movement speed on hit, and great healing with bloodline and ravenous Hunter with shield bow.
For those that wanting to know the Twitch's build, warmogs, randuins, frostfire gauntlet, titanic hydra, dead man's plate, and hull breaker. Oh and also the iron potion.
