I used to be a VJ for bands and clubs and made my screens from kevlar fabric because it's inherently flame proof. BUT it's also the stuff they make bullet-proof vests from and it's really strong and incredibly tough to cut. So I invested in a pair of Fiskar scissors for about £20 (20 years ago) and YES!! I got amazingly excited about them, like, I wish they could do more than just being scissors because they're brilliant and I want them for everything!! 😃✂️
I own separate scissors for cutting paper, fabric, utility large & small, hair, nails, bathroom utility, kitchen utility, for herbs / food, and for plants...so yes, I understand, and got very excited for you!
@@Kelvin5378 Okay, yes! I would pay for a video of Ali giving a giant artwork of her art school review to her former teacher in art school. Preferrably one that always that she'd not do well.
This is actually such a wholesome Business idea… I bet many would love to have a rug with a special conversion they had with someone they love… Especially if they can’t text with them any more
I absolutely love when the final delivery of the art project is getting Christine's reaction. It's like it flips the question "this is a bad idea right?" on its head with the answer "yes, and that's the point."
yes, you should make the art review into art! I still remember when my art teacher said of my art: "oh, I finally get it" after 2 years of taking their class. I hope your art reviewer one day has that moment! #TeamPants
I do upholstery as a side gig so having nice scissors is essential. When you pulled out your "safety" pair of scissors to cut the rug off of your frame just made me want to send you a nice pair. Then you got yourself a nice pair. Glad to be a patron of yours. Go buy some socks!
I really appreciate creators who show the whole process, including their struggling, since that makes them human. Also I think that you enjoy the end result even more, when you know how hard it was to achieve.
It would be tricky for me to show the hours of research I do and the months of contemplative engineering before I start a project so I can do it all in 1 take, or at least a few 1 take shorts stitched into a longer video to make it worthy of uploading to RUclips. My only camera at the moment is my phone so when the battery is flat that's it for the day. I don't keep socks with holes in them though. And I have had a nice pair of scissors as I occasionally sew, for many years. And I try my best not to make costly or time consuming errors, and whilst I do enjoy the humour of some videos, other things I feel some people show, eg hours of sanding, even sped up, I find boring. So the fine like between knowing someone is trying their best to not make errors, versus providing content that satisfies your humour requirements is tricky.
I love how random things from other projects just are there sometimes. Every time I’m like “OH WAIT I REMEMBER THAT!” It’s so fun to see her process of making art and everything ❤️
If you have a friend, a true friend, would you worry about your "mess" if they came over? Well, in my case, I have my own mess. I promise, I'm not judging yours. We watch your videos bc we like to "hang out." I love this video and all of your others! Mess & all! P.S. I'm a pants AND shorts pally!
As a short form pally who was unaware you made long form videos, happy to be here! I much prefer long form in general, but SPECIFICALLY with your content I've always wished there was more to see... Little did I know there was! Going to go back and indulge myself with disco skeletons, heat sensitive bathrooms, and fuzzy walls if possible! Thanks for sharing your fun art! 😊
Those folding locks are vulnerable (& can be defeated) to prying forces from the other axis/plane... Someone 100% tried to steal your bike. It won't be outrageous, but a little more bike knowledge can't hurt. : D
I watch all of your videos from beginning to end, and still find myself second guessing you, about halfway through. And then of course, it turns out awesome. Amazing work, Ali!
Your art is truly outrageous and should open a gallery just for your outrageousness and charge admission to it. Steve the mirror ball skeleton should be the centerpiece. Then you should feature your art school review on a paper wall at the opening where you rip through the wall as a symbol of how far you have come since then despite all the trolls. Your long pants pallies will be here for you.
You remind me SO MUCH of me! Balancing the projector, the choice of a text stream, draining battery, bad luck bike, yarn broke the backpack. Hilarious. And this is my first time watching.
You are insane in the best possible way!!! I just discovered your channel and I'm hooked. Love you and Christine - what an amazing couple of people you are :)
Love watching the longer videos! As for the art school review, I think it should be a miniature to show how small-minded those institutions can be. Then create a big magnifying glass to inspect it 😋
I know that you're popular for your reels but this video is so funny. I like this more than any of your reels I've seen before. I wish I could give you more likes and views.
I'm eyeing your pile of yarn trimmings. I have kept all of my yarn trimmings since I started crocheting in a Mason jar. It makes me so happy to see it. I also have an apothecary jar of yarn remnants and another one of stuffing.
Love this rug, too!! I'm happy to say i watch the short and longform content! Anything for the Outrageous! ❤ Also, the Art School Review *needs* to be art!! It's just begging for that to happen! :D

We exhibit designers regularly send high-rez or vector art to custom carpet 'printers',. From what I remember it usually ttook about 1-8 weeks, depending on optionst, time of year, etc. I couldn't speak to the cost now because that stuff keeps getting less expensive every year. It was pretty reasonable from what I remember.
keep that content original that's what makes you outrages and keeps me coming back i love your art you are more real than Mr beast plus you show your struggles and that realist and you just splash your cash on things you show how you have work for your money and that's real we are not all million airs and just choose to flash our money around because we can plus you actually create the product instead of have a team of people too do it for you ally that's why i choose to watch your videos keeping it real so one artist to another keep it going i love it......
This is great Ali, but I’m here at 9:18 saying to my self it’s going to be major fuzz on the other side. I can’t visualize it being readable. Keep up with the krazy. ❤ 15:22 - Well that explains it 😂
Just want to say. I’ve actually never seen a Mr. Beast video (not sure how, but I haven’t), but I’ve seen every one of yours. I’m here for the process😁
There's a lot of value in showing the bumpy journey before the success happens to encourage others to keep trying when it gets hard. Also there's the shorts to show the quick version.
I love your Art work! The "Art Review" Rug should be sent to the College😆. Now take the "text Conversation" Rug on a walk and remember to not look up while your reading it especially while walking on the crosswalk🤣 #loveit #HeARTsareUS

A special conversation is a conversation that has meaning to you. Something that brings you joy, laughter or anything.
