Hope you like this "zombie" themed short horror film "The Walking Dead". The idea of zombie apocalypse is always an interesting one and I wanted to make something on it and as a challenge with zero budget this was created out of stock footages. Your short went from being zombie movie to a Blade Runner-like movie in the end. That's a cool way to make stock footage short film, shift genre !

@@jiyakapurfilms Oh, great ! If you really want to make a Part 2, I suggest that you shouldn't made that sudden rewind like the van scene. I don't know who narrates this short, but I would love her to remain being the narrator
This seriously felt like a teaser for a big budget Hollywood flick. With limited resources this is masterful storytelling, the way it shifts from present times to futuristic time with cyborgs and all was brilliant. Thank you ❤

I have to admit the zombies in this are pretty scary but the ones that are the absolute scariest are all of the zombies from all of those 70s and 80s Italian zombie horror films especially. The classic Fulci’s zombie the makeup effects in those films were top notch the type of zombie make up were enough to keep you up at night which is something that the American zombie films can’t do no disrespect but it is what it is
Yes I agree, lately the makeup has been overdone to a point where it looks a bit unrealistic 😀

This is a great idea! A combination of zombie apocalypse and cyberpunk.
Is this the same girl? Why did she have to become a cyborg? She died?
What technologies gave her a new life? Are she is still human?...
Yes the girl that you see at the very end is the same girl who is narrating her story at the start. She/her consciousness has been transformed into a cyborg by the aliens who invaded the earth and now the remaining human consciousness lives like this trapped in these robots. This is atleast the plot for part 2 , will see how it goes from there 🙂
