Hey I just wanna say I'm so thankful for your content and you are helping me so much, I'm 16 and just started with this shaving and you've helped a ton 🙏
Even though I have been shaving for 30 yrs, I still watch shave videos, and for some reason really enjoy them. .. however so far your is the best. If I had to recommend a video to a young shaver, yours will be it. And I live in ohio lol
Another great one. Always love watching your procedures and technique to help make my own shaves that much better. Just got some lavender soap from Stirling and absolutely love it. Personna blades are a winner as well, both for the head and face. Great way to kick off 2024. Keep em coming and go BROWNS!
@OhioShaves I think you are doing a great job the way you are going but I know there are only so many razors you can choose from but there are a million different soaps and products that are hard to know what you are getting just by the names. There are a few cigar shops in my area that sell products but they are mostly 💩 with names that make them sound good. It would be nice to have a real opinion before being tricked into a fancy can or name.. I know everyone is different with what scent they may prefer but performance ,quality and how long a product lasts should be the same for everyone.. I'm still a newbie to this and I love what I have but I feel i need to experience all of the greats. I guess I'm addicted;) are we gonna have to have a wet shave AA group? Wet shave anonymous ..Lol!!
Glad you mentioned using the old toothbrush to clean up the razor. That shave soap does build up even after a single shave and can really crud up a buttlerfly razor. At least a 2 or 3 piece is easier to clean.
Great advice, well presented. Knowing the direction your own beard hairs grow makes achieving that close shave without irritations is essential. I find Proraso white works well for me and my sensitive skin. ARKO also works well for sensitive skin. Good blades are very inexpensive as compared to cartridges so I often just use a new blade every two shaves regardless of how the blade keeps working. Thanks for the videos, much appreciated.
@@OhioShaves Went to a few pet stores but no luck unfortunately. I put my principles aside and ordered a couple from aliexpress, couldn’t resist for the price of 0,95 euros. They’re plastic so probably unbreakable(I can be clumsy so this is paramount) and they have ridges inside to aid the lathering.
How does the syntesi compare with the Rockwell 6s with a 4 plate. The specs on the blade gaps etc. are close and I think the 6s is slightly smoother but the syntesi seem to be more efficient with my problem area such as the neck. Small head also is much easier for detail work around the nose. Really would like to hear or see a comparison between the two.
@garyseymour1617 it is one heck of a razor. Best Razor, I shaved with last year. I think he would enjoy it. Yates Precision 5% off code: OHIOSHAVES5 Model 921: yatesprecision.com/products/ Merica Safety Razor: yatesprecision.com?sca_ref=4068873.qNgUzofCr0
Great video as usual! Really enjoying your presentation these days. Shaving to reggae, classical music, or anything with horns works very well. Maybe try death metal, and lose half your subscribers 😂. There's a spot on my neck where the hair starts to spiral and I can pretty much expect irritation there at some point even if a few hours after the shave. Thayers is probably my favorite product to put on my face after a shave, so light and soothing. Which Goodfellas razor did you like the best? Maybe you can just do a comparison video. I think you said you really enjoyed the styletto. Can't wait for my Titanium Winning razor to arrive. Keep up the good work man. 👍
Great video -- I appreciate your helpful explanations about why you shave the way you do. I like your analysis about shaving your neck without irritation. I used to have trouble with my neck and by trial and error I arrived at something that works for me which turns out to be the same as your approach!
I've been using a Henson mild exclusively for several months. I have a rack full of DE razors that aren't seeing much action anymore because I can get an easy, clean, comfortable, drama-free shave with the Henson. I'm experimenting with blades hoping to find the one perfect blade 😉. My current favorites are Wizamet, German Wilkinson Sword, Perma-Sharp, and Astra. Of course, if I find the one perfect blade, what do I do with hundreds of blades that I have stockpiled? @@OhioShaves
This was a splendid DE shaving video. I laughed out loud when you revealed that a supposed lathering bowl was in fact a dog food bowl. Some channels on here promote expensive "scuttles" and such, which are superfluous. I prefer face lathering. It was useful that you again emphasised the advantages of a second pass against the grain for the lower neck. I have used this method since one of your earlier videos, and can testify that, although it seems counter-intuitive, it does reduce bumps and irritation. About using cold water for the razor only, my results have been mixed. The blade rinsing sure takes longer. I will try lukewarm. As for razor maintenance, I agree with you. I use a toothbrush and a little Dawn to clean the parts at least once a week. Overall, an excellent video because you covered several topics that apply to most DE razors and shaving techniques. I can't believe I used a Mach III for most of my life!
I’ve had the worst time shaving . Till I got put onto Prorazor truly once I’ve lathered and left itrof about two minutes the best shave and face feels moisturised when finished
Thanks mate I have sensitive skin I shave with cold water and build a face lather and personally don't shave against the grain. Defiantly helps me with ingrowns
Happy new year David. Good video. If you think the Yates is razor if the year, you have t tried the Lambda Ares or Athena. If you can get your hands on one, do yourself a favor and get one. You won’t be sorry.
Hey I’m always experiencing stinging with my alum block and I just wanted to know if there is a reason behind it. I use the Van Der Hagen safety razors and blades and the Gillette skin guard for sensitive skin.
@@OhioShaves I shave with the grain for the first pass and stop there as I don’t want to overcut my skin. I do use a shaving brush as well to create a good lather. However, my face still gets insanely red and annoying after I apply the alum block. I’m unsure whether or not the fragrance in the shave gel is the issue as I have severe eczema.
Great shave, Dave. I'd be interested to see you review The Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta Brass Safety Razor. It looks like an interesting piece of hardware for an extremely reasonable price. It, too, is made in Italy.
Great content love watching. The longer i find myself in this hobby the more i find myself as well going towards face lathering. Personna comfort coats one of my favorites to. Another great blade should try that doesnt have glue on im liking better then the personna lately you should try are Dorco Titans.
Great video. I have been wet shaving for only about 2 years now. And I love to bowl lathering because I feel that I can control the water content much better and get better hydration in the lather. I do work the lather into my beard a lot. I am an everyday shaver so there is not much stubble to work with. I do occasionally face lather and enjoy that also. This is all a matter of personal preference. I just shaved with the Yates Merica in brass this morning and boy what a great razor. I also have a Yates 921M and I think it is just l little bit better than the Merica but, not by much. By the way I have the same lather bowl that you showed and use it a lot. Of course, everything I have talked about is a YMMV opinion and do what works for you. Have a great week.👍💈
I have to say I do bowl lather with soft creams like Tobs. I believe that when I face leather, I usually end up getting a better shave. And this could all be because I'm shooting a video and I don't want to face lather for 10 minutes on camera. But like you said your mileage may very. Have a great week my friend
I thought the way you did at first. I too believed, better control of lather preparation with bowl lather. More than a year now, all my face shaving is by face-lather. Easier to control the lather quality for shaving face. I do not really know why.
Came across your channel. And really appreciate your time and knowledge. Im a bald guy who uses cartridge razors looking to enter the safety blade game. Would you recommend the Leaf or the Thorn of i went this route? Thanks again! Have a great day!
if you want something just to shave your head it's the leaf shave, razor with three blades. If you want something to shave your head and your face, I would recommend the twig and if you have a heavy beard, the thorn, but I have a very beard and I like the twig over the thorn. I have the same problem with shaving my neck. Most of the hair on my neck grows from left to right, but whenever I try to shave in that direction I experience major irritation and get quite a few nicks. I've recently started shaving upwards on my neck on the first pass (across the grain), then 1 or 2 passes downwards. Since trying this technique I experience much less irritation, provided I'm using quality blades and soaps etc. Great video as always, I really like the aesthetics of that razor, I may have to look into one 🙏
Have sensitive skin, got my first safety razor, it’s fantastic! I nicked myself up a fair amount in some places and missed some spots in others. Nonetheless, on my first try my skin is still way less irritated than my old cartridge or electric razors!
Having experimented with face and bowl lathering, I personally get better results bowl lathering after rinsing my face with soap. That's the joy in this, eventually one's finds pre/lather/shave/post routine that works for them. The one thing I've started doing that has helped my post shave routine is before doing the final rinse using the left over lather to soap my face for one last clean while I'm cleaning my equipment. I am going to have to give your tip on the neck a serious go because the neck is the only place I get nasty alum feedback. I am in love with my Syntesi (used your affiliate link and got mine at TRC during Black Friday for 76.50) and is is my favorite double edge razor. Having the angle baked in, but not look so obvious, is my favorite feature (and I'm one who would prefer baked in angles but some make it too obvious). The low profile, like you mentioned with the twig/thorn, makes it easy for me to get those spots I struggle with. To be honest if I only ever used the Syntesi and Thorn and got no other razor I'd be a very satisfied shaver (and I say this as someone who dove 40k feet into the rabbit hole and has a Henson TI Medium I haven't even tried yet and a Yates winning TI forthcoming). Another good video. Hope you have a great week and that recovery is going well.
Thanks for sharing. I do the same thing sometimes with leftover soap and my brush. A lot of times I will just go and shave my head after I've shaved my face just to get rid of too much soap left in my brush or like you said in my bowl. Thanks for all your support my friend
thanks for your content , you seem to have a good handle on things, i always thought face lathering was the way to go for the exact reasons you outlined until that is i was gifted a shaving scuttle and i have to say hot lather on the 1st and 2nd passes is quite a revelation and really needs to be experianced
David, I also use an alum block after every shave. I firmly believe it helps lessen irritation and overall promotes skin health. I said all that to ask you if you have tried PAA’s new solid alum block? It is the smoothest block I’ve ever used!!!
You own it you like it. I just tell people like it is for the money you can't beat the Parker Alum block. You literally can snap it in half and the cost is the cheapest out there. The results are amazing. I've been using this Alum block for six months now. There is no better out there for a price and quantity. I just felt like it is. I have no skin in the game.
I shave with cheapest razors as well. If it’s good I don’t care what it cost. Best out there is what I am all about for the money. I want to take people from a shaving task, to shaving for zen or stress relief. It is actually enjoyable to shave the safety razor because you have to concentrate on what you are doing. The sounds a razor makes is complete serenity for me. What do you think?
David, thank you for the info on the across-the-grain on the neck I was eating my neck up. One of the first shaves I didn't have hardly any zings. However, I really can't get the BBS.
That would be awesome! It doesn't matter what razor I use or what blade I put in it I still have a little rough feeling/stubble on my neck. If I don't go across the grain. My cheeks and jaw are always BBS. My neck is my problem area.
I have pretty sensitive skin-especially on my neck. I bowl lather because I’ve never been able to get a thick lather by doing a face lather. I use hot water, and use a washcloth to hold the water on my face and neck before I apply the lather. I found the trick is to keep mixing the lather until the bubbles are so tiny, that you can’t really see them (like whipped cream), and there’s a sheen/shine on the lather. I use hot water for rinsing my face, and for my brush, but I rinse the blade with cold water. Using this method really improved my shaves and lessened the irritation a great deal.
I've tried that in the past. For me working up that big lather on my face is a game changer. Especially in the winter time here in Ohio. Spending all that time on my face and adding more water completely lifts up the hair on my face ready for a perfect cut. Coldwater and the blades just don't work for me. I do know a lot of people that use your technique though and yes it's definitely one way you can go. My trainer thought is if it works for you go with it if it doesn't then try something else.
Thanks for another great video! You rinse after completion of a pass before the next lathering? Or do you just go ahead and lather after completion of a pass? Does it make a difference? You got a great layer the second time! I think I’m going to drop the bowl and just lather mix on the face. Thanks again, Ram
Yes, you want to remove the shaving cream after your first pass. It's going to remove all the dead skin and dirt and oil to prepare for the next pass. Then I lather up again pour the second pass and repeat if necessary.
He's a great man. Very knowledgeable in the wet shaving space. Helps out a ton of small businesses around the United States. Thanks for your support my friend.
I took your advise on styletto over bayonetta. The bayonetta is a tad much but the styletto is great. Smooth and nice. Is this SS Syntesi more like the Styletto in blade feel and smoothness or more like the bayonetta?
The base of my knot seems to get super clogged and stuck together...with Tabac or TOBS. What am I doing wrong? I use quite a bit of water so I don't feel like it's needing more water. It is a very cheap synthetic brush from one of your lists. Should I upgrade to the Simpson?
If you're a beginner, the Henson is the way to go. If you know how to shave and you wanna upgrade your game and you're looking for something that's better quality refined this is the Yates razor you want. Or several other razors I have reviewed. Henson is made for beginners and every day shivers alike. Merica Safety Razor: yatesprecision.com?sca_ref=4068873.qNgUzofCr0
I have a question as far as sensitive skin, how long does a blade usually last you? how do you know when its time to change them? thanks for the video, love how you explain the little details.
Great question. It all depends on the brand of blade your using. But typically anywhere from 2 to 5 shaves. Some people get way more. For me, if I'm doing a review, I generally use a brand new blade.
Definitely a Henson. Buy Direct and Save- 🇨🇦Henson Shaving Code: OHIO_SHAVES Free 100 RK razor blades, add them to the cart and it will be discounted at checkout 🔗hensonshaving.com/
Have a question. how do you shave a cowlick that swirls in a complete circle and is right under your jaw? no matter what type of razor I use I will always end up irritating that area.
Can we talk about using a hot towel in the pre-shave stage? It's an extra step to have an electric kettle in the bathroom heat the water but it I found a tremendous improvement in the form of less irritation with the alum bar. Worth the extra steps!
Take a shower and quit buying into the hype. Preshave oils help out a ton but I've never seen someone that is legit say that the hot towel shave is better than taking a freaking shower.
I've been using a Henson AL13 mild with feather blades and I have lots of trouble shaving my chin (which is where I have the coarsest and thickest hair). The razor really struggles to cut those areas, which leads to more irritation. Less thick and less coarse areas on my face are no problem. Do you have any recommendations? I was thinking of picking up the Yates Merica razor after your review or another more aggressive razor.
Try a Gillette Tech (vintage). It’s also very mild, but much more efficient than the Henson. I own both, and two passes with the Henson equal to one pass with the Tech
Yeah, I would say you need something a little more aggressive. The Yates is a great choice. The first pass really takes off a lot of growth with these.
Hello, how is its effectiveness compared to R89? I have R89, but it seems less effective, I would like to buy it if Syntesi provides a comfortable tool and its shaving efficiency is better than R89. I would like to know what you think
Thank you for your answer, as far as I understand it is a success in terms of comfort, but is it more effective than 34c or r89 in terms of effectiveness? I love your videos, good luck
No matter what I do, my neck will not forgive any shave. I shave nearly daily but I am going to keep trying my hardest to get a (as close as possible) perfect shave!
I got the same problem. Been shaving my neck with an electric razor since i was 14 because no matter how careful i am, even going with grain i get razor burn.
I had the exact same problem. One of the viewers gave me this advice almost 2 years ago in man was it a game changer for me. My first few shaves doing it did cause a little bit of irritation, but I didn't cut my neck up after several shaves I got the hang of what I was doing and I get perfect BBS shaves now, what a game changer for me
Same here with the neck, I shave with the grain on the first pass, then do a few more passes in different directions, and I still get razor bumps and burn.
Which Personna comfort coat blades are you using? I think there may different sharpnesses. I’ve been using Gillet Silver Blue the past few months but would like to try something else for comparison.
Sorry I missed that. Wish you could buy less than 100 to try them. Any color from anyone on how these compare to Gillette Silver Blues in terms of comfort, sharpness and durability? I usually throw out my GSBs after 5 full shaves. Thanks!! Mike
Not sure if you wanted channel owner specifically to answer; but to me, KCG is a mild razor; not the mildest, but even so is mild. You can still cut yourself if not careful.
Hey I’m new to your channel and also new to shaving with safety razor! My first one was is the king c Gillette with there blades. Just wanted your thoughts on it and which would be another good one to buy?
I would grab a 6C or 6S if I were you this is a adjustable razor that will change the way you shave and make you a better shaver. With three different plates. I'm losing my mind trying to figure out what's up with Personna. I got a platinum chrome Personna in a sampler pack, loved it. It came in a plain white wrapper and says platinum chrome on the blade. But which one is it? And how do you find it? And what is going on with Personna? I've never had so much trouble trying to give a company money. Do they not exist anymore? Also, did I describe the German, Israeli (of still in existence) or comfort coated blades? Help?
The biggest problem I have to face during the procedure is that I shave every single day. I find it completely difficult to avoid having skin irritation repeating this . Do you have a piece of advise or anyone else maybe?
Hi David. Excellent video. Your production quality and content continue to get better and better. I appreciated the explanations in this one. Good for all of us, no matter how long we've been in the hobby. I tried the Personna CC, but they didn't work for me. Eric Neria at WCS made a comment that led me to discover that I need stainless steel, not platinum or any coated blades, so the Nacets or Schick Germany blades are my top two. How does this Syntesi compare with the Styletto? They both look great, but appear to be variations on the Henson theme (at least to me), which I already own (based on your vids!), so it's tough to justify buying a TGS. Having used them all, how do you think those three stack up to each other? Cheerio, Dave
@@OhioShaves barbershop sold me a Parker 99R with Astra superior platinum. Shouldn't have listened to him.... Too aggressive I think. Maybe I should have started with the cheap Wilkinson sword from my local drugstore
That Parker in aggressive. Manscaped makes one that is $30 and I got quite a good shave from it. It’s a knock off that you can find on Amazon as well for $20. If that helps
I would just buy a razor that accommodates all the features of your electric trimmer. Plenty of great razors out there that you don’t have to replace like electric trimmers. One and done. ✅
*No goo* on those Personna blades - Maybe they came packaged in one of those dispensers you push and slide the razor with your thumb to pull it out from the dispenser. Been a long time. I should try one of those BUT I do not like those dispensers, and so far, Peronna blades I have found do not do well for me. .......... Maybe a different brand, and I'll just take a chance with their dispenser blade holder.
You can't copy greatness. A lot of people try and they fall short. Henson has challenges that are unbeknown to the manufacturing world. It's off the charts.
I just bought a revamp super adjustable from razor emporium for 160$ complete nightmare, door dont close tight on one side, has a narley Squeak when opening closing, i own 4 of these 3 from ebay, all ebay ones i paid 45$ and are better, then this week bought a 78 super adjustable nos in box for 100$ i bet u no how i feel about razor emporium

Man, I was really thinking about the Rex Envoy until I found the Goodfellas brand and your review on them. New to this all, have been using cartridges all my life (40yo). Any thoughts, for someone with somewhat sensitive but not overly sensitive skin, Would you go with the Syntesi, Styletto or Rex Envoy for my next purchase? For blades I plan on getting some sort of a sampler. I am still using only foaming Barbasol Original so I have a lot of work ahead of me lol. Been using the King Gillette razor for about a week now, shaving every other day. No issues, just trying to elevate the experience.
@@OhioShaves thanks, will check out their soaps and brush. Picked up the Velvet Syntesi, it seemed interesting based on their description on the Italian site. Worst case, I can get the normal one and still be around the same price as one Envoy. Man, hated shaving all these years, Gillette skin guard cartridges finally made things better but wore out fast. That's what made me look into safety razors. Almost feel lied to all these years by the shaving industry lol
@@OhioShaves think you meant Goodfellas' Smile soap? Either way got the sea and citrus, got the T3 brush, Personna blades and alum block. Transformed the experience 200% compared to the Barbasol original I was using with just lotion after. Nuts. There is no problems with 4 days hair on face and shave it. The problem is when you shave every day like me , because I am military and some times I need to shave 2 times for a day... The problems with irritation is when you need to shave every day 2-3 hands....not with a 4-7 days hair on your face that it easy

Absolutely! Great tip
Using a folding dog bowl as a shaving bowl, now that is truly a great idea! I did a quick search but can’t find them with the nubs on the bottom.

How does the syntesi compare with the Rockwell 6s with a 4 plate. The specs on the blade gaps etc. are close and I think the 6s is slightly smoother but the syntesi seem to be more efficient with my problem area such as the neck.
Thanks for the feedback Mike . I really appreciate it. What razor and blade do you use?
Thank you much
I’ve had the worst time shaving . Till I got put onto Prorazor truly once I’ve lathered and left itrof about two minutes the best shave and face feels moisturised when finished

I would try some different blades or hone in on your technique
@@OhioShaves I shave with the grain for the first pass and stop there as I don’t want to overcut my skin. I do use a shaving brush as well to create a good lather. However, my face still gets insanely red and annoying after I apply the alum block. I’m unsure whether or not the fragrance in the shave gel is the issue as I have severe eczema.
Great shave, Dave. I'd be interested to see you review The Goodfellas' Smile Bayonetta Brass Safety Razor. It looks like an interesting piece of hardware for an extremely reasonable price. It, too, is made in Italy.

That’s My go to, Great Razor!
I can see why it’s one great Razor. Great choice.
Thanks for sharing. Great read
Have sensitive skin, got my first safety razor, it’s fantastic! I nicked myself up a fair amount in some places and missed some spots in others. Nonetheless, on my first try my skin is still way less irritated than my old cartridge or electric razors!
Good stuff! Thanks for sharing
Nice. I really enjoy all things shaving
David, I also use an alum block after every shave. I firmly believe it helps lessen irritation and overall promotes skin health. I said all that to ask you if you have tried PAA’s new solid alum block? It is the smoothest block I’ve ever used!!!
What brand is that and where did you get it? I haven’t heard of it. I was thinking of using alum blocks because I have very thin and sensitive skin.
David, you bring a smile to my face, you shave with $150.00 razors and worry about a couple bucks in alum blocks.
Love your videos👍
I shave with cheapest razors as well. If it’s good I don’t care what it cost. Best out there is what I am all about for the money. I want to take people from a shaving task, to shaving for zen or stress relief. It is actually enjoyable to shave the safety razor because you have to concentrate on what you are doing. The sounds a razor makes is complete serenity for me. What do you think?
@@socalstingrayPhoenix Shaving, PAA. Good stuff
David, thank you for the info on the across-the-grain on the neck I was eating my neck up. One of the first shaves I didn't have hardly any zings. However, I really can't get the BBS.
I'm gonna put up a video just for members and get a little more in depth on it.
That would be awesome! It doesn't matter what razor I use or what blade I put in it I still have a little rough feeling/stubble on my neck. If I don't go across the grain. My cheeks and jaw are always BBS. My neck is my problem area.
You have some choices depending on what you neck surface shape will allow: Stroke with the growth, across the growth, against the growth, and oblique.
What water is used to wash the razor while shaving with hot or cold water
I use just lukewarm water, seems to work best for me
Hi! Great video!
Can you/someone tell me who sings this version of this song? (C'è la luna...)
Thank u very grazie!
It’s on artlist
I went with the timeless bowl but before that I face lathered for about a year.
Great bowls
Thanks again,
Ram
Yes, you want to remove the shaving cream after your first pass. It's going to remove all the dead skin and dirt and oil to prepare for the next pass. Then I lather up again pour the second pass and repeat if necessary.
Are the persona comfort coated blades better than the feather blades?
They're not nearly a Sharpe but I believe they are a better blade
I purchased both of my Goodfellas razors from Howie. He's a great guy to work with and responds almost immediately if you have any questions!
He's a great man. Very knowledgeable in the wet shaving space. Helps out a ton of small businesses around the United States. Thanks for your support my friend.
Hey wanted to just recommend you do a review for “karve” razors. In particular the “Christopher Bradley” edition.
I have one. That can happen. What plate?
C plate!
I took your advise on styletto over bayonetta. The bayonetta is a tad much but the styletto is great. Smooth and nice.
Is this SS Syntesi more like the Styletto in blade feel and smoothness or more like the bayonetta?
To my recollection, it's smoother than both of these. I've get a better shave from the stainless steel. Maybe just due to the weight
The base of my knot seems to get super clogged and stuck together...with Tabac or TOBS. What am I doing wrong? I use quite a bit of water so I don't feel like it's needing more water. It is a very cheap synthetic brush from one of your lists. Should I upgrade to the Simpson?
Try adding more soap
How does this shave compare to the Henson medium or mild razor?
If you're a beginner, the Henson is the way to go. If you know how to shave and you wanna upgrade your game and you're looking for something that's better quality refined this is the Yates razor you want. Or several other razors I have reviewed. Henson is made for beginners and every day shivers alike. Merica Safety Razor: yatesprecision.com?sca_ref=4068873.qNgUzofCr0
That's a good looking razor, I had the same thought it looks like a DE version of a twig. Great video
Thanks 👍 for your support
I have a question as far as sensitive skin, how long does a blade usually last you? how do you know when its time to change them? thanks for the video, love how you explain the little details.
Great question. It all depends on the brand of blade your using. But typically anywhere from 2 to 5 shaves. Some people get way more. For me, if I'm doing a review, I generally use a brand new blade.

Have a question. how do you shave a cowlick that swirls in a complete circle and is right under your jaw? no matter what type of razor I use I will always end up irritating that area.
Not sure
What's your thoughts between that razor and the Timeless aluminum?
Both are great. If you like more weight go for the goodfellas. I think it’s a little smoother shave but at an extra cost
@@OhioShaves thanks so much for the feedback. Enjoy your videos and opinions!

It's definitely better than the R 89. You will definitely notice a difference in how comfortable this razor feels on your face.
