I was laughing too when most of your sweet potatoes came out with weird shapes. That's a lot of sweet potatoes coming from that one bed. Wow you have many chickens. More eggs to come, fresh and organic.

So many weird shapes! I wonder why they turned out that way! And yes, lots of chickens, 13 of them! Thank you so much for watching!

Go to a Bait Shop & buy some nightcrawlers for that Sweet Potato Bed. Cover so the Chickens won't eat them...., but the worms will do the work of loosening up that clay soil.

I was watching a video the other day of a dude who only ate what he grew or could forage for an entire year and he made flour out of his sweet potatoes! I have no idea how it’s done but I thought it was really interesting.

We grew these for 2nd year in a larger raised bed. They were so much larger this year. Your chickens are like mine...curious and mischievous! Haha

When you harvest your sweet potatoes do not wash them.Let them rest in the sun for a few hours then store them with the dirt on.They keep and taste better.

Well done! They grow quite deep so you may have to go digging for them!
