I like the stereotypical because it gives a good base without having to watch 50k videos to get the lore however people aren’t creative enough with it they’re just generic so it ends up with the same result

Well, we don't have any canonical ages, we don't know how old William was in 1983, meaning we don't know how old he'd be thirty years later. We CAN use the story Bunny Call to help us figure it out. So, in the story, we have Aaron and Cindy, who are meant to represent C.C and Elizabeth respectively. Aaron is 7, while Cindy is 3, meaning we can assume that holds true for the Aftons, as well. Mike is shown to be Approximately 1.5x/2x C.C's height, meaning we can possibly assume Mike is in his early to mid-teens(Let's say...15?). The average American woman will usually have their first child around 26, meaning Mrs Afton would've been 41 in 1983. Now, the big issue here is that we don't know when they met. I'll let you guys decide: Did Will meet his SO during Highschool/College or after graduating?
