Skylar's animations with her abilities are cool and really sells her character design, plus her vertical movement and increased jump height makes her feel completely different (in a fun way) than every ADC character. I'm not sure why people find her boring, or not innovative.
Please make Kwang Q and Sev E root vertically! Have had multiple cases of Skylar jumping with her passive over a Sev E and it's extremely frustrating! Great vid thanks

Great follow up! Love this content! Making Wraith a midlaner seems easy to me. Since Malady is a must-build on him, give him a detonation/explosion whenever he damages (or snipes) a marked target (or minion). Alternatively, make his abilities do bonus damage to minions and reduce his basic attack scaling. Also, give him better magical power scaling (or make penetration items work for both damage types). Idk, maybe it's not that easy 🤷
mentioning climbing on walls and that brief mention of "multi-legged characters".. i remember that paragon character concept of that spider character. looking forward to that eventually coming out! also the tanky adc character... might that be patton? he's been my most wanted character since i saw his character concept art!
I know that making non bipedal characters is not easy, but they need to do it anyway. They need to have a wide range of character design with innovative mechanics that can take advantage of the verticality of the game. Also, they need to increase the map size, similar to the legacy version. I have seen on RUclips that a developer managed to recreate this old map and it looks amazing. I hope Omeda can hire him or at least do the same and improve the graphics.
With those wall climb problems. There is a system within game engines to flag different colliders to be "ground" "wall" etc and then you can add different rules and modifiers regarding those different collision types. It's a massive chore, but you only need to make it work once and it probably will work in the future. Of course this is easier said than done, i have no idea how Omeda has dissected and constructed the different collision types.

The same thing I said on part 1. The problem with some of these points, especially the rework older characters is that a lot of ppl play pred bc it’s basically paragon, we loved paragon and pred itches that scratch. If you change the core mechanics and gameplay too much, or change the original cast, it’ll stop doing that, it’ll be the same character model but it’ll stop being the same character. Update abilities, tune scaling, add buffs to passives, but don’t rework the original cast to the point they’re unrecognizable.

As a khaimera main, on the question for how to help melee heros deal with skyler and future potential fliers, his ambush ability should bring them back down to ground level
I get the concern. But truthfully it's no different than Kira or Twinblast's dodge. I get that she gets a speed boost on top of that but the advantage isn't that much different. The only questionable thing is that Skylar can retaliate with a burst damage ultimate instead of one that takes time like Twinblast or Kira. They'll adjust Skylar's damage accordingly, but the flight itself is rare but not all that disruptive. It'll take some getting used to.

I just wish they would take more inspiration from paragon instead of trying to make the game like league. Gearing towards super competetive rather than fun.. i dont like the proximity indicators. Previously i could creep up on someone who wasnt looking at me and they werent warded, now they get a free indicator, i dont believe we should have a combat blink in the game or at least at level 1, its the reason i stayed away from jungle role as is feels super unrewarding ganking lane just to burn a blink and get no gold or xp for your time
Everything youre saying is screaming skill issue, but I get it, youre going for pure pub stomping against bots (which is an option here vs AI) vs actually getting better/smarter/etc. To each their own I suppose..
@@AdrianDWolfe i actually do very well n my matches ranked and unranked, no skill issue here. the issue is i dont want to have to put so much effort every time i play, games are supposed to be for fun and thats what paragon embodied for me. instead of debating my point and telling me why its better to have it super sweaty and competetive you just say skill issue and think that is a healthy way of discussing a topic like this... jeez
7:58 What's wrong with a hero climbing walls? As long as there's a duration limit and it's tied to an ability it would just be a more limited version of flying. Edit: Nvm Blood touched on that Edit: Now that I think of it a hero climbing walls actually sounds pretty cool (not sure how useful it'd actually be). Maybe a passive on a spider themed hero where they can move x meters before dropping so they can perch in one spot infinitely as long as they aren't moving and still have some distance left on the passive... imagine using Echelon Cloak on that hero lol

Yeah it forces you to grab that one item which is a good item but why do you need an item to even be able to use his Ult

The reason why the other remakes like over prime failed is bc it veered too far from what paragon was.

you should ask if they actually intend on giving wukong invisibility (i think this is an awful idea compared to normal evasive elusivness)
