Key isn't considered attractive in Korea at all. He himself has said many times that he doesn't fit Korea's beauty standards. Minho has been SHINee's visual from their debut, which is why SM has always pushed him for modeling and acting. Key and Onew are considered the less attractive members of the group. And visuals usually don't change unless another member becomes supremely popular like EXID's Hani or 4Minute's Hyuna who didn't debut as visuals. Hardly ever happens for boy groups though.

In general shinee is composed of very skilled men. their dances and choreography are delicate and intense, they can even sing their songs live as beautiful as the recorded ones. but some are too envious of their skills saying they have awful voices when singing live.
Honestly kpop now is nothing compared to this time - actually hearing their voices over the back track and hearing the breaths and movement because they’re singing while dancing and not doing the choreo as hard during their singing part and there’s so much more connection to the performance and they look like they’re genuinely enjoying performing (especially Jjong love you angel love you 5hinee)

I mean the rest all just care about appearances but not the actual song and most of them pick them just because of the face😒 ( I don't mean that it's a bad thing😋 ) but although i only just started listening to shinee a few days ago , they captured me with only their voices😆😆 ( I did not see the music video at that time or their faces , just listened to this song and was blown away by their talent🙀) them being this cute and their dance moves and personality were just extra things that made me like them more 💛💚💜( even if they were plain looking or even ugly i don't think those things would have stopped me from loving them and becoming one of their fans💋😤😤) so anyway i hope that more ppl can start listening to them and i'm sorry if my english was just terrible 😖😅
